My father developed an air leak and went lean and started running like crap, but new oil seals snd piston rings and now he runs like a top!! I'm sure they'll get you rebuilt in no time, might not be ported, but sometimes a reliable stock rig is just what you need🤘👽🤘

I actually am going in for a big surgery the end of February!! You definitely sound good but definitely take your time getting better and take care of your self buddy!! Hope you get to feeling better soon. I have never heard tachycardia explained in terms of a small engine tune, but will likely think of it that way from now on. Even in your time of suffering/ pain you are still bringing joy to people.
