- In today's video, we wanted to show you one of the best museums in Washington DC, how to visit this museum, the hours, and a full tour. The National Archives Museum is a top museum in Washington DC. It houses very important historical documents. The documents you can see are the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. We also got to see the Magna Carta, which was very old! There are a lot of other old documents that you could spend several hours in there looking at. One thing that really impressed us was the gift shop. This was one of the best gift shops in a museum in Washington, DC. We really enjoyed it and could have bought so many items. The perk of all these museums in Washington, DC, is that they are free! And you don’t need a times entry. They recommend that you do but we got on pretty quick without one. It truly is amazing to see the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. We love movies and it was also cool to see some of the filming locations of the movie National Treasure! We did have such a terrific time at the National Archives Museum and if you one to experience one of the best museums in Washington, DC, definitely check this museum out!

Were the guards armed? It didn’t look like there was obvious security.
Not sure! However you had to go through some major security to even get in the building.
