who could ever have imagined many years ago that vincenzo (i love his work with de gregori) has a son with such an unique talent and international impact. just beautiful…
@@MrGuytariste this guy was for many many years the live- and studioguitarplayer for really big acts in italy (with international impact), show respect and/or inform yourself better. but to be fair he was known as a rock/folk/singersongwriterplayer, not as a jazzplayer…
@@frankpfau9054 I see you know him much more than me. I didn't mean he was a bad musician, but when you play with virtuosos like his son Matteo and Jonas Hellborg, you have to play at their level. I didn't judge mister Mancuso as a person, he is surely a nice fellow. Sorry to hurt you.

they play so well together, i love how relaxed his poppa is good to see hellborg still going - I first heard him when adventures in radioland came out, I read he played chord melody on bass before jeff berlin and played duets with mclaughlin that I dont think were ever recorded, then the stuff he did with shawn lane oh man and now this ?

Lasciamo Taylor Swift ai loro supporters, noi ci godiamo un po' di vera musica e di veri artisti! P. S. I read that Taylor Swift is among the 8 best guitar players in the world. What????????
I wouldn't be surprised if Jerry Jones is waiting until he sees Trey Lance perform in the preseason games along with the rest of the younger players before he decides to spend millions of dollars in retaining Dak, CeeDee, etc. Jerry has the right to do take his time and figure out what he wants for his franchise. He's 81 years old and knows he won't be in charge in the near future so maybe he's willing to make one last attempt of building a Super Bowl team. So far, Dak hasn't even won an NFC Championship in the 7 seasons of being the Cowboy franchise quarterback.
All quite safe and predictable. The attack when single line notes are played is a little lacking marcato (when needed). The song is 78 years old, written by Chuck Wayne
I like very much Matteo, I'm a fan. But I think his father should stay at home. He has not the caliber to play with the other two. That's my opinion and it is not mean, that's a fact ;-)
So gratifying to see father and son jazzing out together with the one and only Jonas Hellborg. What a great combo. More please!

It’s really awesome that Matteos dad is also so great musician!
Not so great

Mancuso father is the most into jazz idiom , I like it , very good !
" il bandito e il campione" a live album featuring Vincenzo that is worth checking
Jonas Hellborg is a master...🙏🎶🎵👍🤩
@philmore4362…. mein götten, what is going on with the bottom end of Hellborg’s pony tail? It seems to have a life of its own but HOW?!
And the old mans playing a squire strat awesome.
No sight of picks in the room 👀
😂
To steal your idea: no picks were harmed in the making of this video.
😂
Pick manufacturers hate him, learn this cool trick
Why are u picking on Mancusco for being able to afford picks 😢
young and old masters.
So much fun. Great fun to see the master on bass finally be challenged to its ability.
caro MATTEO,anche i tuoi amici sono molto bravi però tu se UN FENOMENO AMBULANTE
Jazz is love
Wow love this. The versatility of Matteo…his dad is solid and of course Jonas Hellborg…wonderful!
What a pleasure to listen to all three styles filling up so much space while staying with the melody and rythm!
Art in the hands and the room is Art itself
Nice song, nice colaboration. Mateo is amazing.
beautiful song and amazing interpretation, always a pleasure listen to the Mancuso!
Yamaha doesn’t know anything but excellence.
Allways been fascinating that Hellborgs ponytail stiffens up when he solos
Damn....this guy is a miracle..
Absolutely awesome jam!
Beautiful
I see Jonas, I click immediately. Straight🔥🔥🔥
Really enjoyed this wonderful performance, thank you!
Bellissimo.
Che bello!!!
This is a musical conversation~!
White-haired guy played beautifully...and after Matteo! I would have been on my knees unable to move! -- oh shit! That's his dad!
Unbelievable
came for the jazz, stayed for the magical floating ponytail 🤣
Nice!
Matteo I like more when you play with a kind of a natural guitar sound than when you use metallic and distortion effects ..
Thanks !
Jonas' ponytail defies gravity! It has a life all its own lol. Wow, this was wonderful!!🔥🔥🔥
Padre e figlio wuuaaauuu
Great and tasteful !!
Lovely! I've got to get out there to hang with you and Jonas. It's overdue.
Love Jonas !
Stupendo 👏👏👏
Spectacular
Matteo is blazingly accurate. Vincenzo has that joe Biden speed and Jonas has that 70’s Kung fu pony tail. BRAVO! Thanks for posting
Vincenzo is elegant and sweet
"Joe Biden speed" hahaha good one. :)

Bass player plugged with its hair braid 👍

Curious. I wonder if Mancuso knows of Giacomo Turro. Both are heavy duty talents.
I wish I could play like Vincenzo, maybe I'll reach his level at his age.
Who's with me?
❤❤❤❤❤😊
I’m pulling over Mancuso and giving him a ticket for driving over the legal limit for Guitar players! He must obey the law like everyone else!!!😂
Sorry Guys, Jonas' Hair took the Show :))) What a Great Trio! Shawn would like you too!

What bass is being played here?
It’a a Warwick Jonas Hellborg signature with his signature strings.

thought a ghost was holding his ponytail about 1/2 way through. it looks to maybe be caught on something. idk
Kick aaaass pony tail
cosa ci sarà nel soffitto di cosí bello da scegliere di tagliare i piedi a tutti e 3 i chitarristi? 😂
the hair is suspended…?
Is this what Hellborg has become?
Mateo is an updated verision of Joe Pass..
dad seems like a cool guy but i wonder what he contributed to this performance
Listen to him, instead of watching him. Yeah. Duh.

Dare I say I find his dad’s playing much tastier?
Miles Davis would definitely have worked with him if he were still alive.

Ecco perché suona così bene anche il rock. Le basi del jazz lo portano ad evitare sempre e comunque la banalità
