Hey my friend. It is time to take the grill out of hibernation. I’m smoking more chicken this morning with greens and purple hull peas for a family as part of my side catering hustle. I used post oak for the chicken cook as it is very plentiful here in Texas. Pecan is another one that I use quite frequently. Have a great day Tyanna!
