All The Things You Are

This past year has been an incredible journey of musical growth and discovery thanks to @petermazzajazz online Jazz Guitar Arranging and Performance and Jazz Workout classes on zoom. Working with Peter and his groups has been an amazing experience - every week felt like stepping into the unknown and pushing my musical boundaries further.
What I love most is the social learning environment. It’s how people have always learned best - through shared experience and collaboration.
One of the highlights was diving deep into "All The Things You Are," a tune my first serious music teacher, Dale Bruning, used to call a "War Horse of a tune." It's a classic! Peter's guidance even had me thinking about how to voice chords to emphasize specific lyrics, It adds a whole new level of expression to the performance.
