The actual title is: "[ドナルド] もうランランルーしか聞こえない [東方]" which literally translates to "[Donald] I only hear Ran Ran Ru [Touhou]." Donald, by the way, is the Japanese name for Ronald McDonald.
Since the English title of Mystia Lorelei's theme is "Deaf to All but the Song," I made the video title fit more to the English song title. It is in no way the official title to this massive mindfuck video.
This retake has better sound quality and better image quality thanmy original video, hence the reason why I uploaded this. Apparently, TH-cam likes ".mp4" files quite alot.
EDIT: The user ChokingDucks came up with a very interesting challenge concerning this video: "Try to keep your mouse on the video without letting Ronald hit you. It's almost like the game this song comes from (Touhou) only not even half as awesome."

Before I tell the answer, the person who created this challenge was Gilgamesh, King of Heroes (that is there actual profile name).
Answer:
immediately go to the bottom left or right corner for around 19 seconds, giving a 3 second window to squeeze into the circle. This extra life is crucial for a later part. After, put your cursor above Ronalds afro, while still being as far away as you can. Once he splits into 2, hover above the original spot of the first Ronald before he split. Once the Ronalds appear on top, try your best to maneuver your way to the left side (you will lose a life if you go to the right).
The challenge difficulty spikes, and now the Ronalds are spinning in a wheel. Try to maneuver to the bottom LEFT (very important to be on the left) of the frame and dodge them there. After 3 spinning wheels, it will get even crazier, just tank and try to dodge. Once the wheels stop spinning, no time to rest, maneuver your mouse to the middle of the wheel and start going down.
If you find 6 Ronalds below you, then you just got past the hardest part. Hover over one of the Ronalds for 15 seconds, then move and shuffle to the top immediately. Once all the Ronalds form, go in between the hands of the Ronalds on the left or right (either is fine), and you are on a straight line to a victory.
You defeated this TAS only challenge, or maybe you cheated. Who knows. Either way, you can tell your friends about this challenge, and after they fail, you can brag that you were able to do it.

Q: What if I touch the black parts?

A: If all of them truly are given a slight tint (that isn't part of the Ronalds), then don't count it as losing a life.

A: I mean your mouse is still there. Just 'cause you are invisible doesn't mean nothing can hit it. You simply can't see it. Ronald is too powerful for such cheap tricks anyways.

A: No, also cheating.
