You Matter - A Guided Mindfulness Meditation for Self-Love and Deep Healing

  • Welcome to this meditation session that continues a series on healing and self-help. This one shares an important reminder that we all must remember: YOU MATTER. It is hard to have a mind that is calm and at peace when you feel unworthy of compassion for yourself. Remind yourself daily of the love you deserve, and you will pass it along to all the other wonderful people in your life. It’s true!
    This session contains spoken guided meditation dialogue for a bit over 9 minutes, followed by about 3 minutes of ambient music meditation for 12 minutes in total. Free yourself of anxiety and fear and embrace self-love and compassion! Taking even five or ten minutes out of your day to meditate and practice mindfulness can make a big change in your mental health.

    I cried during this meditation. The words hit my hard, "I deserve happiness" after years and years of constantly hating myself, putting myself down, the words hit me like a lightning bolt.

      After finishing my first self-love meditation, I’m just peacefully sitting, listening to the music and telling myself I matter. Look down at my phone and the first thing I saw was your comment, Terry. It was a nice surprise since my name is Nate too, even though your comment was meant for the creator of the video. Wow! Very cool!
