Polaris Ranger 500 Bottom End

Today at JWS we are rebuilding the bottom end on a 2009 Ranger 500 due to a failure of the oil pump, most likely due to water intrusion (swamping). We will go over the bottom end in detail. Great video. What is your typical rate for a full rebuild? Top and bottom end?

This will vary a TON depending on the model, but typically range anywhere from $1,500 to over $5,000.

You can’t get the whole pump anymore just all the parts. Which is Complete BS if you ask me.
