Hey man, just so you know. you only have to lock one locker when they are side by side. The killer will always prioritize the locked locker when teleporting. after he breaks out, you can lock the next one, and he'll have to break out again. essentially you can lock both lockers twice.
I genuinly don't think is that way, for teh time i've played dredge the locker it prioritizes is based on diferent things, such as the side from where you tp, the angle from where you tp, etc... I know this for a fact as I also made some tests with friends, and ^ this is true for like 95% of the time, the other 5% makes no sense at all cuz it tps to a locker across the ones you're seeing
@@MattEmLR hm. I've also tested and it seemed to always work this way, but I may have missed some potential variables. it would be nice if they could make it consistent. Never a good game design for your abilities to be dependent on rng.
Wouldn't you get the exact result from locking both simultaneously? Unless he M1's the other lock that is.
@@Svíþjóð yeah. if you lock both, the killer can break the 2nd lock. locking one at a time guarantees the long exit animation both times.
This only works when the dredge is beyond a certain distance, because his power is dumb sometimes when it comes to targeting.
I had some great games when the event first started. Killers were friendly, sharing invitations, farming for points and everyone was using flans. 150k-250k points per game its insane. Was great till the next day when everyone started try harding lol.
Is the number of invitations limited per match? Also do they move around?
I’ve had the exact opposite experience!! Day one was absolute hell, I was so exited to hop on only for that hope to be crushed every round for like 7 hours straight. Played today and had a blast 🤷🏻♀️
I was trying to be that friendly killer that just farmed for the masks and did missions but survivors were genrushing so hard I had to start tryharding just to get my own invitation

With Spooky doing all that in and out of lockers I was kind of hoping one of those Dredges would pop inside his locker while he was there, that’s always hilarious when it happens. 😄
You make it look so easy!! This event has been kinda frustrating for me cause I keep getting try hard killers who tunnel lol I wouldn’t even mind dying after the gate opens, but I’ve had a lot of matches where I get tunneled out at 4/5 gens 😭
Honestly, just play killer then and do the same thing.
I've been having fun just farming points with survivors. 28 to 35k a game and then add on some cake and BBQ. People really don't want to save eachother on the hook even when I walk to the other corner of the map. My heart goes out to the solo queue players.
It happens to me as well. I'm also running BBQ for an extra 100% BP, but before hooking anyone I make sure that at least two survivors know that I'm friendly. Well, may be it's also because I'm using BBQ with ghostie and I can teabag hahahaha
Yeah, it’s rough. I switched from solo survivor to killer because no one saved or they farmed me without bt… have a great event and nice games :)
I'm almost convinced that Behaviour put the AI players in early. xD
Whenever I try to farm (and clearly indicate it to the survivors) and the survivors still try to sweat I keep thinking to myself..
"Players aren't THIS dumb... right?"
@@patotrevinot I don't act friendly at all because part of the fun is the versus aspect. Really great matches are when they escape without having to slow down. Often times though its impossible not to throw the match like 8 hooks and 4 gens left
@@Aaron-qe9ms I don't think its BHVR. I really think events like this bring out new players and bot farmers. You're in trouble both ways

That beginning was the best! - I came back after I watched the whole video and have to say all the gameplay was just so entertaining and paired best with the music.

Fun fact alot of survivors don't actually seem to know: you only need to lock one locker when they're in pairs. The Dredge will automatically teleport to the one that's locked. This is probably done so he doesn't only need to break out of one then never touch the lock on the other,.

It's so much easier to get the masks playing killer than survivor, why do you have to open the door as a survivor, just getting the invitation and being the trial should be enough (just like killer)
Uh no, killers now have to get at least 2 kills to get the mask you now have to do stuff.
I thought they made it where all survivors need to do is survive till there's 2 gens left to get the mask
@@misterhyde408 that's crazy. Well I got all 12 masks on the first 2 days . 2 as a survivor and 10 as a killer. I just farmed and got mine without killing anyone except the one match I was up against sweaty survivors and killed them all. The other games were fun and chill.

Spooky, a tip I've heard around, bit haven't been able to definitively check yet: When playing against Dredge, you don't have to lock both clustered lockers, he will automatically be put into the locked one, meaning you can get two slow locker exits out of double lockers

FYI: I heard this information during the PTB and haven’t tested it personally so take this info with a grain of salt.
Apparently the game treats double lockers (two lockers right next to each other) as single lockers when the Dredge teleports, and the game also prioritizes locked lockers when teleporting meaning when you’re locking double lockers you only need to lock one of them and it will have the same effect as locking both against Dredge.

It’s way easier to get the masks as killer btw - after you get the invitation you just have to finish the match (ie not dc) and then you get it.

This event is actually a lot easier if you go on killer side, Fortunately the masks don't require you to play on the side for the item you want or to play as the specific character you are trying to unlock unlike the 5 year crowns. I managed to get all the masks as drudge.
Enjoying this event because every match as killer I get 100-200k bp from all the cakes. Big money season.

Could’ve bought Inner Strength to Combo with Overzealous and keep the bonus gen repair speed because you don’t lose a health state, you just gain one, plus you’d get your toolbox back with Built to Last if you decided to ditch Prove Thyself. (Although I think we’d all rather keep Prove Thyself because BP, I’d swap Resilience.)

I somehow managed to get all the masks in 1 day and it was pretty fun, some of my SWF teammates sacked themselves so hatch would open and I could get the mask
It’s funny how Spooky is playing a Mikaela that, instead of Booning totems, is running a build that gives her buffs for destroying them. 🙂

so the last mask was the huntress mask, the last mask is an offering for red forest which is where huntress's map is and he played against a huntress on the last match
