I love watching how Spooky plays the killers cause it's so helpful and really shows you if you want whichever killer he plays. I just got Ghostface after watching this, took a couple rounds to get used to then started getting clean sweeps with no survivors after the 3rd match.

They've essentially removed Ghostface from the game this patch. They reverted the spinechill nerf and made it flat out give a notification that the killer is near when within 36 meters regardless of line of sight or terror radius. This makes sneaking up on survivors absolutely impossible, as they will immediately know if ghostface is near and have 36 meters headstart of a run. When asked about this to BHVR on the forums, Mandy said that he'll need to start doing his stalking from 40 meters away. :( Big ouch. Not only his is power guaranteed to be removed within 36 meters, but he can be robbed of his power when revealed at a distance. Not to mention, most gens are surrounded by protective walls, so you can't stalk those survivors anyway.
its so annoying... ghostface had already been destroyed and ripped out of rotation after boons came out since it practically removed hit & run, now he needs to stalk from 40 meters away if he doesnt want survivors to know he is near them... not to mention that is usually not even possible because like you said, most gens have protective walls, hills, or other objects that break line of sight from far distances. spine chill should ONLY light up when the killer is looking at you within 36 meters with clear line of sight and they arent undetectable... it already countered every stealth killer/add-on/perk, now it does that and more.
ran into the first streamer and had a very similar experience (I was even playing Ghostie too), she was doing this weird wobble so I spent a decent amount of time imitating the wobble and following her. I ended up giving her hatch and she was dumbfounded to know I was memeing with her the entire game, she never noticed me doing so. She was still friendly though and a very wonderful person 😄

At 7:30 in the video, you can see the streamer toggle something for about 0.1 seconds in a 3rd party application that edits the game's visual files/effects. I believe this constitutes cheating, or at least it should if it doesn't. And the sad thing is... they're not even very good at survivor on top of all of that extra effort to gain an unfair competitive advantage.

"I have heart problems" killed me, because I've been there and had moments in DbD where I felt like I was about to actually die. Not as much nowadays, it doesn't really seem scary at all. But if you have a killer that gets a jump on you out of nowhere like a stealth killer, it can mess you up.
