Loving it. Thank you Sir! TOPS makes a high quality product. Some craziness, some frills, but never junk. Mostly very useful designs

I can't believe I hadn't watched this before. I have the ICE dagger too. I was a little worried when I ordered it. Having that broad of a blade, I was concerned about the tip not being pointy enough. Mine came extremely pointy and sharp. Very happy. 👍

Good solid blade! Also check out the N.C. Custom Spectre Dagger I reviewed. 👍🗡️👊

I love this thing ... I’ve seen Lynn Thompson put his thumb through the ring of a ring dagger in reverse grip, but on the ICE, it seems the handle may be too broad to hold effectively in that manner.

Knew you'd like this one, Bob, as a TOPS connoisseur.. 👍🗡️😁

I have this. It’s a sweet dagger but could be a karambit as well due to the ring and the ability to slash left to right and vice versa

The retention ring should always be offset- but, I just ordered one of these as a less expensive equivalent to the Bastinelli Telum

Yes but the only problem is you can't offset a ring on a dagger since the center line and edges are balanced. I found I could either ignore the ring and just use it to remove the knife or adjust my grip accordingly. 🗡️🔥👊

@@OGBladeReviews I believe that is what the ring on this knife is for- easy access, not a retention ring

I'd just want to spin it on my finger all day lol.

Tops makes good knives. Lots of designs & that's good. I'm either impressed or underwhelmed by them. I used to own some double edged knives but only one now, more because it is exotic than any other reason. I like defensive knives to have more reach. This one is not for me.Interesting to hear your take on it.

As always, my take is in the vid, assuming you haven't watched it. Blade length matters only when comparing knives to swords. Otherwise, in skilled hands a three inch is as effective as a six inch (this may apply to other things, as well 😎). 👍🗡️😁

@@OGBladeReviews Ha Ha . no , my friend, I meant that your take was interesting. I always watch before commenting. You have studied a martial blade form that I have very limited knowledge of. I having been only introduced to a euro-centric style. It's harder to get the point across in writing without penning paragraphs. Hence my comment lengths.
