Be sure and pull the plug wire off each plug as the heat can melt or burn the boots and cause misfires. I've been reading where many people had same issue as you and it was plug wires, even on new plug wires. Buy the MSD or Accel 900 ceramic boots as they will not melt and cause issues. This could be your issue, pull them all one by one and check them.

What headlights are you running, I need to change mine out and want to go projection.
Thanks for stopping by! I was going to convert to the Torquehead system last year but parts were on backorder forever it seems like! I may still go that route at some point. With the aftermarket coil, the cable with the 90* bend seems to snap on much better. On your drivers side, did you route your wires properly? Wires should be in the small gap between the bracket and hose, not over the hose.

I haven't done anything else with the Corvette lately. I did pull the codes after resetting them from the Opti install and found some issues with MAP, IAC and EVAP readings. I did a video where I replaced the MAP sensor and EGR components. I have a new IAC which I will be installing this week and I feel like there is a vacuum leak somewhere causing some of the issue. I will take a look at the vacuum lines and throttle body gaskets when I do the IAC. I'll make another Corvette video to hopefully upload before the end of the week with an update!
