Toyota Avensis t27 mk3 2009 onwards rear brake pads replacement with Toyota genuine parts.
Before starting the job electric handbrake has to be off. Tools needed, 21mm socket for wheel nut,13mm socket, screwdriver, jack, axel stand, calliper winder, torque wrench, silicone base grease for sliding pin, thread lock and obviously brake pads. Pair of gloves and protective glass is a good idea.
I’m not a professional mechanic so do it on your own risk. Purpose of the video to take some mental note.

nah, just don’t apply the electric hand brake. Put couple of brick 🧱 at the front & back to stop the car rolling.

Thats not right correct me if I'm wrong first of all before everything you need to sett EPB in to service mode, by holding epb for 5 sec. After all procedure push brakes and engage brakes holding for 5 sec to reset adjuster and go off from service mode, if you don't do that your adjuster thinks that it's a same old brake pads and after some time you will get error message or overheated brake pads, in Toyota the conect pc for extract/reset adjuster, but you can do it without pc by pressing or holding epb for 5 sec before everything else.
