Наталья, спасибо за отличную подборку! Всегда нахожу у Вас новые для себя упражнения, очень интересно. Включаю их в свою раскатку, они стали одними из самых любимых.

I really wish you would make more videos for beginners; both skaters and coaches. I’ve been teaching for 3 years now but, inevitably, as soon as my skaters start making progress, their parents notice the higher level skaters and switch to their coaches. I’m finally at the point where I have a group of 4 skaters starting to jump and spin, but I feel a lot of pressure for them to show progress and I could use some tips and advice. Such as, how to get them to push on to an outside edge for a forward spin and waltz jump, and how to teach half-flip, toe loop, salchow and even flip and loop WITHOUT 3 turn. This is hard because they learn these jumps in learn to skate and really struggle to do them correctly without the momentum from the three turn. Also, I would love some warm of exercises for them, mainly something that incorporates their arms. Thank you in advanced, I love your videos.

Lisa, thank you so much for your thoughtful comment and for sharing your journey as a coach! It sounds like you’re doing a wonderful job nurturing your skaters, and I completely understand the challenges you’re facing.
I’m excited to share that I have a new video course for beginners coming soon to my website, styleskating.com, which includes essential exercises and tips for building a strong foundation. Additionally, if you’d like tailored advice or demonstrations, consider joining my TH-cam channel membership-I’d be happy to create a customized video addressing specific skills like spins, jumps, and warm-up exercises. Meanwhile, check my playlists for beginners to find more exercises for your students.
Keep up the great work, and I’m so glad my videos have been helpful to you!
