I was there with 2 Fijian friends, one of whom has sadly passed away since. Post match they were the happiest people in the world. The Welsh fans were also hugely magnanimous and although disappointed, were part of the party in the town. Rugby at its best! Moce Pita.
One of the greatest games of the Rugby World Cup, remember watching this game in Lautoka Fiji and to see two former school mates Rabeni (RIP) and Rawaqa represent my beloved Fiji and win was the icing on the cake.
Thank you for showing this match. I watched the SA-Fiji one and heard about Fiji beating wales and came looking.....absolutely gobsmacked that you had put it on - fantastic game!!!!

The Best Flying Fijian ever …playing for the jersey and country heart and passion for your beloved Fiji ( No showing off no super star no fashion show or mental weakness and not playing to the crowd none of those… this Fijian team were just themselves humble and dedicated when putting on the white jersey… I don’t think there will be another Fijian team like this

No hate to Wales as an Englishman, but it's actually good for the game as a whole when these "upsets" happen, like Japan v South Africa 2015 - it makes the game more international and less exclusive, rather than if every result is predictable.

During the epidemics, one would have hoped World Rugby would upload all of the RWC games ever played in their entireties. It's not like it's going to hurt them financially, and it would really help those of us Rugby fans put up with confinement, raise their crappy profile, etc... Easy to understand, a win-win thing...

Extraordinary that Dickinson was deemed an international-standard ref... a penalty to be taken from the try-line(?!) and allowing play to continue when an injured player was being tended to - at least twice - whilst clearly in harm's way, plus ignoring potentially serious injury to Wynn-Jones when he landed very badly after taking a restart!???

At least 2 of those Fiji tries would have been disallowed by video refs in 2019. They would've informed the ref about something a few phases back. It was easy for island teams to win back then. These days, we island team fans are more worried about the referees than the opposition. That's the sad truth today in both union and league.

Why is it - Wales winning 39 six nations titles never seems to get them respect, yet when they fail to win a world cup. People act like all of the sudden they are world beaters and should be winning world cups. The view of them just isn't consistent.
