    thanks Stephen for this great (thought provoking) video on brand positioning strategy ; my question is : is it OK to have 3 different positioning statements for the same brand, adressing 3 totally different target audiences or 'Avatars' ? Kind regards

      No... You only have one brand with one position... That position needs to be relevant to all market segments.. You can target individual market segments (Avatars) with differentiated marketing that is aligned with the overarching brand strategy
