Thanks. I am a long distance rider, and at 65 it isn't as fun as it used to be. But, I really think these exercises will help. Thanks again.

Thanks David. These are some good suggestions to be more comfortable while riding on long trips. It is worthwhile mentioning that we should stop every hour, or so, and take a break rather than keep pushing on. It will make the ride more enjoyable.

I've been using this stretch routine as I am an office all day and it applies as much for sitting at a desk as it does on the M/C. Thanks for posting such excellent content.

Great video I've got a Royal enfield meteor 350 . neutral riding position, yet on my 280 mile journey my left shoulder blade became tight and developed a small knot. Remarkably the stock seat was very comfortable and my back and behind.
    Cause and cure?
    Thx

I would recommend doing push ups and exercises of numerous varieties (wide, forward, and narrow push-ups) but have someone watch you do them to insure you aren’t “chicken winging” as you go down and back up. If your shoulder blades are popping out then you aren’t working the right muscles and damage will ultimately occur.. the more you can strengthen the shoulder muscles while also training them to operate properly the longer you can stay in the saddle without fatigue. Stretching before and after long rides will help as well… travel well!
