I swear none of the overwhelming problems you were having with these levels were scripted, you got chewed up by dynamic bot behaviours mostly. That said, if anyone wants to play this mission pack and 3-star them on the first try you should know this: You are in danger and you need to maintain all-round security. You have wandered into a lion's den and the bad guys are making their last stand in a grim alternate history where instead of surrounding himself with women and children, Sammy brought his mates for a sleepover. (Side note: the character I imagine to be OBL died and bled on just the right spot in your playthrough)

Imagine having to fight in such a tight space, would be scary as fuck. Definitely if you'd have to step over bodies at the same time. Perfect examples of fatal funnels, lol. Kudos to Yousef for the map making! Really felt like multiple floors, too bad DK2 doesn't have the multiple floors option yet.
The first casualty you took was unfortunate. Your point man couldn't keep coverage on one bad guy and keep security on the hallway simultaneously. If he was actually a navy seal though, he'd have no problems with it, but such is the limitations of the game. I think the only suggestion I'd make that would have reduced your casualty count by one would have been to move your point man to cover once you had established that first room to the left was clear so he wasn't standing in the middle of the fatal funnel, which would have allowed him to pull security from cover. Then again, its the heat of the moment, and once you take one casualty, you start to lose tactical acumen, even in a video game. The great thing about this game is that you can always pause and reassess your circumstances, taking as much time as needed. It's not an issue with the creation of these videos either because you can always cut or speed up this time you can take to take a step back and mentally reset. That said, it was an amazing video nonetheless and I can't see what you put out next!
I think the reason for the two early casualties is because you lacked the 4th principle of CQB/Clearing: VIOLENCE OF ACTION. Leave one man to hold the hallway and 2 man left, 1 man clear right with simultaneous entries. Then you can use the doorway corner to hold long hallway as you move up. The FBI use this tactic for urban ops.
4 main things I would do differently if in this situation IRL (not in/never have been in the military so feel free to tell my why they wouldn’t happen): 1: After losing half the squad on the second floor I just would’ve shot the guy in the hallway somewhere (non-lethal area) and just gotten out of that funnel 2: after half the squad dying on the second floor, as long as i know it’s not my squad-mate I’m processing anything on the second or third floor as a threat. If I hear a noise on the other side of a wall, It’s getting shot at or blown up. If I see a flash of movement I’m getting behind cover and not moving my gun an inch from that spot until I know where they went or they’re dead 3: used the stairs as cover for someone on over watch to keep security on all the doors in the hallway. Sort of, kneeling on the stairs and looking straight down the hall so that only their gun and head are showing 4: question why on earth we’re sending a squad into the place when we’re just gonna kill the guy anyways, and hopefully convince someone to just bomb the place.

This game has a lot of potential, and seeing their 'what's to come' in the full release makes it even more exciting. I'm also stoked for the update this month too, at least they said January would get one, and every other month. I also think this game will shine brighter with custom content, especially from the upcoming workshop. It will extend the game so much farther than what it currently is.
Perhaps like real life, I find suicide vests the most difficult and frustrating (in a good way) opposition to deal with because in CQB they usually only have to step around a corner to destroy your whole team! I had spent ages clearing one of the maps I was struggling with, looking for the hostage, and then with only one bathroom left to clear I breached the door and a vest blew up the hostage and my operator! It was random that the vest wearer happened to spawn in that tiny room with the hostage, but man did it make me take a step back in shock
