Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

@Melissa-818 please read 2 Timothy chapter 3 versus 1-7 and 1 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 11 wherein God warns us to STAY AWAY from such people. Narcissist often quote scriptures as did Satan, however, we are not to be long suffering with those who choose to use scripture to manipulate or worse, mislead into evil. We, as Christians, are to stay away from those who choose to serve Satan. We are not to eat with them. We are not to invite them into our homes. We are to STAY AWAY from them. Bad company corrupts good morals. Please emerse yourself in scripture, seek knowledge and pray it elevates to wisdom. Then, and only then, will you be ready to quote and apply scripture in an educated manner to help spread the good news. Please receive these words in love ❤️

It's sad this gentleman prides his sin & really is using th8s as supply for his inner demons. I really believe these folks are separated from God & that's ehy the abuse & thinks its funny..there murders.

@monicaevans3163 I'm so sorry you're going through that. It's amazing how indignant they can become when we give them a taste of their own medicine. Like they never did anything at all to hurt us, but we're suddenly terrible for holding up that mirror for them to see what they DO do.
My ex is trying to claim that I'm abusive, still insisting that I submit to him and only EVER do what he asks, saying that I hurt HIM... The projection and mental gymnastics they use blows my mind. They have to know full well that what they do is messed up and wrong. I just can't believe they really expect us to believe that WE'RE the horrible ones.
Yep and they end up taking it out on the next person they get with sadly. I feel bad for their future supplies.

Yeah the Narc who abused me also found himself conned by another Narc in the worse possible way ! Making him own a child that turned out to not his and he was discarded to give way for the real father and now he insist to still be in this child’s life and he spends thousands of british pounds going to court just to see the child every two weeks 😂. The woman ask him to donate his junk , he felt so special to be asked but little did he know she was also banging her ex fiancée who was the real father. While this is all happening he was sleeping with me and thought we were dating. Only knew after 7 years as now he wants a real relationship with me. Apparently he didn’t tell me about all these drama because we weren’t even dating . Truth is he is now back for serious intentions because I now have a house and a high paying job. Those years I was struggling single mom so he wasn’t interested. He never wanted to get close to my child who needs a Fatherly care. Asked him why, he said he didn’t want to get close to a kid as it’s difficult if he can’t stay forever. So there from the beginning he knew that he wanted only to string me along. Would he have treated me better if only I loved him more ? Nope don’t think so , he already written me off right from the very beginning. He could’ve had a child together too. The psychopath had a neck to think I’d be fooled by the love bombing again! I asked him why he’d come back and what’s changed now? He said its ‘ respect’ the idiot clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of the word. And added because we have chemistry. Now I learned it’s not ‘love chemistry’ but chemical reactions in my body from an addiction and familiarity ( from similar narcissistic parent dynamics). And he said attraction too, again I ponder now how shitty he is in bed. I had to please myself first because ones he get going he won’t hold on for me. He doesn’t even know how he position himself in the most basic mercenary way. Sorry to be so graphic but just to paint a picture that he doesn’t like or doesn’t know the normal way of man on top, always preferred the adventurous ways. I do wonder sometimes he might be a closet bisexual too, since he like the male to male type of position. I don’t know what irked the woman who conned him and why she has taken him to court to make him disappear 🫠 from their lives with the child. She’s probably clocked in how dodgy he is. Now he isn’t even welcomed on birthdays and Xmases but he insists that he has a right to see the child and that he loves this child. All I can see is it’s all a show because he is never paternal to anyone. Definitely something he is after from this child or this kid is another thing that serves purpose for him. These people are very twisted don’t hesitate to stay away because their reality is way out from yours. They live in a Fantasy. Today, it’s been almost 3 weeks of no contact and I’m almost over and tired of the sad feeling. I have written on my journal that I’m now tired of what I’m feeling and it’s time to turn a new leaf using the lessons and knowledge I have gained on this topic. I will still continue to educate myself the psychodynamics of this personality types so I can better protect myself. I’m so grateful I feel this way now and now looking back grateful that I didn’t have a baby with him or that our relationship never gotten anywhere knowing what he is now. He is in his 50’s and it’s sad that he will keep chasing new victims he can control and manipulate. This kid will turn a teen and an adult soon and will clock on that this man who insist to be his father is a shifty human being , cannot be trusted and a waste of space. You are goals, I aspire to give as little fucks as you do about my ex! 😂 My dad and brother are also narcs and for some reason I've not had nearly as much bother cutting them out my life and moving on, like it's been easier and I have no urge to reach out to them because life is so much better without them and the stress they cause.
Blocked the Narc of 10 years over 2 weeks now and counting. More and more I understand it wasn’t love , he was not the person I went out with, just an actor and with a mask.

@@nydasialewis328 I know it must be hard. I have been in situations where I had to deal with narcissistic family members and couldn't leave right away so I had to keep my interactions with them to a minimum. I had to grey rock them until I could get away.

The best way to hurt a narcissist is by doing nothing. Just move on. I haven't even blocked him on social media. No need. We're not friends on social media anymore, he is not blocked. I have him blocked on my phone. Just act like you could care less. Indifference. That is the best way of hurting them. A who cares thought process that you truly feel. Once you know, you go. Be done. That hurts them.

Seeing how amazed Shawn is reflects just how little the average person knows about computers. Nothing this *webbackdoors* says is difficult to learn. It all just takes practice. Buying devices, TH-cam tutorials and lots of practice gets a person basic hacking skills. The internet was never meant to be secure anything connected to it can be hacked it’s just that simple.

My former boyfriend left me 3 months ago. I’ve done a Lot of growing since then. At first I challenged myself to actually GO where I knew he’d be. To help myself. It did. Then I wrote him a letter telling him I knew all along he was cheating on me. Now he avoids me in our small turn or looks down when m around. I’ve also decided zero contact is best. And if I do happen to be in the same place I Absolutely Do NOT leave. I’m not the one who did something wrong. I refuse to comply with his game of false piety and false honoring of me. He’s ashamed and I know it. He can leave I don’t care. I’m living my life and I’m happier now

Living well is truly the best revenge. When the narcissist sees that you are no longer bothered by them, or mad at them, it takes a lot of wind out of their sails.
Patience and self control is extremely important. Revenge can result in losing your freedom. Given time, most narcissists self destruct.

I recently ended my relationship with the narcissist. I love him but I was so drained. He hated me for always putting him in his place and I would point out every emotional and psychological abuse he did to me and I would never put up with him. I noticed he would get so jealous whenever I'd start feeling confident and beautiful.
Well done. You put up with his behaviour by staying though, whether you pointed his shit out or not. You're only human though and it's okay to forgive yourself when you've let others treat you less than you deserve. It was more likely a trauma bond than love. Makes the song 'what is love' less funny and more intriguing as genuinely such a difficult concept to understand and will be different to different people and setups. I can vouch that narcissist is also in female form. I’m going through this now. I’ve tried everything to get them to communicate. I let them think they talked me into thinking it was all my fault and I’m just gathering the proof. If I was a scumbag I would oust her right now. I just don’t want that to hurt my kids because they don’t understand.
The way you lose respect for yourself for not leaving, feeling sick that they are cheating at that moment, feeling powerless to stop them, trying to change while knowing that they value anything that’s not you-it doesn’t matter how much you change; it’s you they don’t want and that will never change.

I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this. Because you're right. The worst thing that you can feel is hopelessness. And I hope that someone who is on the verge of losing hope finds *Top phase resolution* and realizes that as long as you're still alive and breathing, there's a chance, there's HOPE that the future is brighter then the present day.

I dumped a narcissist! He told ppl stupid lies about me . That yr I started dating a much better man & a couple of years later I married him. I'm still married to this man & living happy. I gave my life to JESUS & I've been so Blessed!! The narcissist hates he can't break me. What GOD buiilds no man can destroy!!!
Great video! Unfortunately, my two-year relationship ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, and I still love him deeply. I can't stop thinking about him. I've done everything I can to get him back, but nothing has worked. I'm frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my best efforts, I can't get him out of my mind. I really miss him.

Saw her yesterday and whooo damn she looking like a doll"...my ex literally scowled and was so triggered he started shaking with anger.😂😂😂 and validated to my buddy that he is exactly what i said he is. When he claimed to have my replacement already. 😂😂😂 Good he will stay gone!!!!
If you absolutely have to “deal” with a narc, I would recommend to keep firm bounderies, and keep your distance at the same time. As a second choose on how to deal with the narcissist I would recommend keeping firm boundaries and also to correct them every time they missteps, lie, manipulates etz. When your boundaries are not respected by the narcissist, you need to follow through with consequenses of bad behaviour. You will have your hands full going forward this way. When following through with consequenses to their “re”actions, you explain to the narc, that you are not one of the narc`s victims. You have no intentions of becoming one but will be a nuisance to the narcissist in a way that is irritating to him/her. This method is not risk free but narcissists will often choose the path of no or low resistance. This method is a time consuming path to chose. This route sometimes require more time than you would like to spend on these issues. You feel that distancing yourself all together would have been easier. That is however not always possible. Often there is no way to avoid him/her. You unfortunately have to deal with the narcissist because you are colleagues or close family. You must think through what you need the narcissist to respect and what arias of conflict you must pay extra attention to, to keep your integrity and to detect manipulative behavior. Be prepared and clear in your communication and stick to your guns. Try to stay under the radar as much as you can, even when this method is the best for you. A way that works as well is to play along with the narcissist and act like you agree with everything they do and say. This method works well until many people in the narcissists sphere do the same. When everyone agrees with the narcissist you are back on square one. The narcissist must have victims and this setting is no different. To go NO Contact is another good alternative and method, and is probably the best option when it is possible to cut all contact permanently. Additionally, If you’re like me you might want to consider monitoring your partner device it can be done through a variety of methods such as setting up a dedicated app or else you get in touch with this private investigator Metaspyhub@gmail. com that is genuine to make your request done successfully with 100% guarantee.

From the information so far that I gather the narcissists of the world are already in pain and to deal with their pain they make you suffer. Even when you suffer for their pleasure the narcissist will still be in pain again anyway......What a sad unfortunate mindset of these individuals. So In my opinion from the research I gathered from this channel and others the best way to get back at Narcissist is to love yourself, be as happy as you can and when that narc confront you tell him or her good for you! but I will still be me even if the whole world hates me......I WILL STILL BE ALRIGHT REGARDLESS mr or ms narcissists. Imagine your kid being a narc. I had things happen over the years I thought strangers were doing to me. She will not be friends with anyone who loves me the minute she finds out they dont or I dont. She latches to them like a parasite.

The kryptonite to a narcissist is making them think that someone...anyone, even strangers, don't like them or doesn't think they are important. I caught my narcissist bf sending inappropriate texts to some woman, and she wasn't even responding. He was coming onto her and she ignored it and responded professionally.So, when I confronted him with what I saw, and even mentioned how the woman wasn't responding inappropriately, he was only concerned with telling me that she did respond. He went from smiling and laughing and gaslighting me, to his facial expression dropping into anger and saying, "She did respond!" That is narcissism right there. They don't care about what they did to you or even that you caught them, they care more about the implication that someone didn't give them attention or validate them in some way. As far as him betraying me, shrugs and smiles. They are grandiose beyond any rationality. Telling them they aren't special or important is how to hurt them.

How I hurt him daily. Never contact him. Never mention him on social media. When people bring him up I tell them I don't want to hear how he's doing and if you discuss him again we will no longer speak.

My husband I feel like is a CHRONIC narcissist. The things he put me through was horrifying and unreal. Abuse in every form you can think of. I have been debating and wrestling with my thoughts and feelings of should I expose him. This is confirmation. He cheated, but to make matters worse, he was a down low. He cheated with men. But blamed everything on me. He had a tracker on the car, camera on our bed, followed me and watched me at work, BUT constantly accused me of cheating. To prove my fidelity I took a lie detector test. No deception here. But when I found out his dirty little secret, he tried anything he could think of to try to end the marriage. I mean lie after lie after lie. Took my savings. Just left me in destitute. I can’t even afford to divorce him right now. But thanks for this advice. It’s on!!!

I can attest to the living well part. Ex called today to ask to see the dogs tomorrow. We talked about how she and I are doing. I have been on my A-game for like a 3 weeks now. Therapy helped, talked to an attorney, built back up relationships with friends and family, old job is offering me a restaurant to run. Its amazing, im more confident, I feel more at peace, I have control of my life for once in 11 years. No more sacrificing myself for someone else's gain. She then told me about her recent weeks and broke down crying. I told her we can talk more tomorrow when she stops by for the dogs, but mainly my goal is business what are each of us taking before I move back home. I get a feeling she is going to try and pull me back in in some way. There is nothing she has that I want anymore. She left me in a bad spot, cheated on me, trashed my name, and lied saying she didn't or lied about saying she did. Either way im in power now and I am living my life for me and holding onto my peace like its all I got left.
I was discarded 8 months ago.I found out she was grooming a new supply.I left her without a word being spoken,blocked her on everything.Her daughter left her as well,after finding out she had been lying to all of us.Imagine the narcissistic injury on that one?Haven’t heard anything for the past 8 months and it’s been wonderful.I moved on,got a promotion at work and my life has certainly improved beyond anything I could’ve hoped for.Stat frosty my friends😎

This fits my narc mother so well. She absolutely hates it when I tell friends and family about things she says and tries to do to me. Instead of being proud of me she is deeply jealous of me and tries to project that backwards on me which does not work. Also I know she's ashamed of herself and she hates herself but at the same time, she does not change. I am so done with her. The fact that she gave birth to me does not give her the right to treat me the way that she has. She is so verbally abusive to everyone and does not appreciate anyone.

OMG if I heard this once I heard it thousand times, “look, I’m not a bad person, I go out of my way to help others, and I have done blah blah blah and you don’t appreciate me” Trying to shift the blame when he was confronted about lies and alibis. As Maya Angelu told me, ‘When you knew better you will do better’ so I did and left a 30 yr marriage. Although it took me 9 yrs being separated to build confidence in myself and learn that no, I am the good person! In fact I’m better than this.
I moved out knowing mine couldn’t pay rent without me. After so many chances, I realized it wouldn’t change so I planned my escape and my new place is better, luxury, affordable and I’m looking pretty fly. I hate it ended that way because I loved that man more than I’ve ever loved anyone
The best way to get back at somebody with a few too many narcissistic tendencies is... eliminate them from your life and live well indeed. I'd advise against doing anything just to hurt them. Don't let 'em drag you down to their level!
One of my narcissists continued to enter himself back into my life. Just a few days ago he shows up again after 9 years on fb messenger, love bombing me, reminding me how wonderful it was the first time we met, how I was a very beautiful woman and how he loved me more than anyone he's ever loved. He's freaking married. 😂
I said very few words. I told him "it is astounding to me that you don't even know you're a malignant narcissist." He denied it, then he said that he wanted to be my friend and I told him that "the guy that I knew all the way back in 1988 didn't evsn exist and that he was a disgusting little weasle and to never try to contact me again. Then I blocked him.

After realizing a new acquaintance was an overt narcissist I immediately went no contact and blocked her. Come to find out through my daughter that NO ONE will sit with her at the club we both belong to proved my suspicions about her!!! Definitely block them ASAP! Prayers for all of us

The hurting part, we got down but the retaliation is what we have trouble surviving. Calling our jobs, CPS, family court and police really puts us in a tough place.
Calling the police and dragging you through family court gives them pleasure. I'm going through this as we speak. We weren't married and have no kids but she got an order of protection against me while I was home alone moving my thi gs out. Police showed up and served me. All because I caught her cheating and lying. They are truly unbelievable creatures. They will do ANYTHING to take the spotlight off of themselves to avoid being exposed. But when I was in family court I exposed her and everything she did to me. She was silent after that. These narcacissts over play they're hand and underestimate empaths just because we are good hearted people they think they can try to bury you and expect you to just lay down like a dog while they do it. But mine got a rude awaking when I exposed who she really was. I will definitely never get hoover from her now, and that's exactly the I want it. I've hit the gym again and put on 15lbs of muscle since the discard 6 months ago. I'm very fit again and healthy. I was sooooo sick physically while I was with her I can not believe I didn't see it then and how thin I got. Do not EVER let these people back In your life. They have not changed and never will without some serious self reflection and accountability on they're part but they are not capable of that. Eat healthy, train in the gym, save your money and surround yourself with good people.

I exposed the narcissist and he disappeared for 3 days. No contact with me or family. When he reappeared he came back with this story that I was stalking him and I shouldn't be believed. They fell for it hook, line and sinker. Now I'm the villain. He lived with me for a few months prior to this. I kicked him out because he wouldn't tell his family of my existence. My family and our coworkers knew but no one from his family. "But he's such a nice guy." Ok, y'all. Keep living the fantasy with him.

Why is shame to a narcissist such a big deal when everyone has this in some point in their life. Narcissist in my eyes always haf to make everything such a big deal - shame included. When a Narc goes into silent mode or rage mode - ither way they do it in a way so over the top - just to get attention. So I’m not really buying in to this extreme shame based theory- it’s still lame attempts at extreme attention they can’t live without. And then when that’s over - the pattern continues…. Narcissistic people have an EXTREMELY low self esteem and nothing can change that, at the same time they have an unrealistic expectation of how life should treat them which is why the same esteem never grows as their unrealistic needs are never met. This obviously makes them EXTREMELY sensitive to criticism, bad comments, rejection, abandonment and so much more. They are not the average person you can’t think the way things don’t affect you it wouldn’t affect them, that’s the whole point of it being a disorder. Their self esteem is so bad it’s hard for them to even do introspection

I wondered this, when with my ex. It always looked to me like he had no feelings at all, while I was always hurting. Now looking back, he was homeless, jail, drugs, dui, fines, no car, he literally hurt himself every day of his life, with me he just destroyed me instead of himself, like some kind of vacation.

Yup my mother is a narcissist. She always talked down to me called me fat I became bulimic I lost weight she called me a skeleton. She said I'd never graduate high school. I graduated only invited my aunt and 2 cousins not her she didn't deserve an invite.
I love the analogy of the kid having to stand in a corner of the class and how the narcissist experiences shame. This gave me more clarity on the intensity of shame in the narcissist
