It's the mothers fault for allowing her son to get that close to a running vehicle all for an autograph. Lamelo ran the red light so the fans don't run over to them at the red light. The emotional toll part is all lawyer talk to get more money from the court and they're obviously suing because the opportunity arose. The only person I really took the blame away from is lamelo and honestly that’s because he was in a car and just trying to get away from fans. I understand there’s a wrong and right way to do that but fans need to learn boundaries. And him running the red light is not justified I just feel he was trying to avoid further fan interaction.
