Simply do this; disregard the market opinions and projections. I'd suggest buying shares of reputable firms and holding them for long that's exactly why investing in stock now will be the best a favorable decision
Be careful not to be lured into the market too soon i rather be buying low in periods of instability than chasing when market starts to rally, but above all, this current situation has really opened my eyes to the importance of a good financial coach
Trading used to be a stressful "Rollercoaster Of Wins And Losses with no Consistency. Since learning the rules, all i've done is follow them. The results came effortlessly
I like the fact that all you do is follow the rules. I have bought so many stocks in individual companies, right now I find it safe to invest in an ETF that tracks the S&P500 and ride it out. I put $180k into some growth stocks with a Financial advisor handling my portfolio. some of my picks are, NVR, LISP.SW, SEB, VOO, DOWJ, BRK-A, AAPL, IVV, NYSE, NASDAQ, TSLA I've gotten 71% return so far this year, I'll see where it goes.. fingers crossed... you have to apply rigorous trading strategies, which you'd have to be a pro for. or else you might lose if you don't know what you doing

These days the best way to come into the market space is reading, studying, patience and seeking guidance when necessary, due to my line of work i can’t handle my portfolio so i just copy the trades of ‘’Wendy Helene Bennett" a CFA i saw on Bloomberg business news. It’s been smooth since then.
Thanks for this Insightful video. I always tell people that having different sources of income is the only way to survive the economy. You must never put all your eggs in one basket. Personally, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the present real estates market if I were solely banking on it. Goodluck!

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. @@peted3230 This reminds me of William O'Neil from IBD. He had a mutual fund in the 1980's that did so bad he shut it down, then he started another one in the 1990's and it did so bad he shut it down. So he decided he could make more money when he started selling books, newspapers and courses.

I sold everything last December. There are absolutely zero reasons to think anything is going to get better before it gets a lot worse. Supply chains are in tatters, the geopolitical situation is a disaster waiting to happen and the entire monetary system is coming apart. This was predictable as soon as the inflation started coming up. The debt level makes raising interest rates to the level that would save the dollar impossible. More likely outcome is widespread social unrest which usually leads to wars.
Look at 2008. By the time the market has bleed everyone out, it will take years to recover. Maybe 4-8 years.
And back then there wasn't a risk of WW3 let alone all time high inflation. If anything we haven't seen anything yet. I forecast that in 2023 you'd wish it was 2022

TSLA - Tesla should have great Q4 earnings as they will have record production numbers & record delivery numbers moving forward as gig Berlin and Texas continue to ramp up production. Tesla is now a money making monster with huge demand for it's products. EV sales are booming as consumers switch to EVs to save money due to high fuel and maintenance costs for ICE vehicles. Strong rumours that Tesla will do a share buy back before the end of this year. Tesla has $18 billion in the bank and virtually no debt. Q3 WILL beat Wall Street expectations and Q4 will do the same. Tesla recently got investments grade from the S&P and it is only a matter of time that Moody’s follows suit. The Tesla semi truck starts deliveries on 1st December and 2023 sees the start of production of the cybertruck.
I agree, but the market is currently irrational and many investors are afraid Tesla will get hit hard during recession, together with the automotive industry, especially since Tesla missed it's estimates already twice this year (deliveries and revenue). Macros are terrible and S&P500 could easily drop to 3200 and drag Tesla further down. A PE of below 30 is definitely possible, given the fact that the forward PE dropped to 35. I know that's absurd for a company with 90% EPS growth, but I think it could drop even further, maybe to ridiculous PE levels like 20 or 15 even. The good news are: If Tesla won't get hit during the recession and EPS continues to grow, the undervaluation will become so massive, it cannot sustain this low share price and Tesla stock will literally explode. It’s like putting a lid on a pressure cooker! 😅

I seem to be pretty good at knowing when to sell, heavily selling at near peaks nov16 2021, dec27-31 2021, march21 2022, &tsla sep21 2022, by judging euphoria/lack-of-fear, but I've still lost a massive amount (still floating around -30%), because I don't sell everything, I was wrong once, and it was pretty bad. Selling out at s&p4000 from euphoric judgement then it went up 20% to 4818. But this market has me wishing I trusted my gut more.
