I'm an amateur with a portfolio of 180k and I've got some real estate holdings too, but it's hard for me to build confidence. I want to invest another 70k over a one month span, but I want to be strategic about doing it so I can grow more and not stay stagnant. Are these good stock suggestions?
I think the next big thing will be A.I. For enduring growth akin to META, it's vital to avoid impulsive decisions driven by short-term fluctuations. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective most importantly consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation

I'd love to invest in stocks after listening to a guy on a podcast talk about the importance of investing and how he made over $300k in few months of investing into stocks from $175k initial capital, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things but I'm confused about the current market volatility I'm new to this and I'm open to ideas.
It's difficult to beat the market as an ordinary investor, you don't have access to information that professionals have. So it's just better if you invest with a professional who knows how things work better.
Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.
Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Melissa Terri Swayne for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
I just looked this lady up out of curiosity and found her web page easily. Read through her qualifications, which were all very impressive. So I scheduled a call with her.
I’m currently working towards FIRE with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 30% NVDA, 25% SCHD, 15% VOO and over 30% in digital assets, thanks to my CFA. This strategy has helped me earn $49,000 a year in dividends. Back in 2014, I only earned $21 in dividends.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that don't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to Invest in gold, silver, and digital currencies (BTC, ETH...)
I began investing in stock earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.
Roughly $120K in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
True. Having the right financial planner is invaluable. My portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 90% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, though this could take till Q3 2024.
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this
Woah for real? I'm so excited. Brooke Miller strategy has normalised winning trades for me also. and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started
Their ...services are very genius and experienced in the market for over a decade and counting, they changed my life from a poor plumber to a better and middle class family man with 2kids.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
It seems certain stocks are undervalued, flying under the radar despite their potential. You can't help but wonder when the market will recognize their true worth. How can I invest $600K wisely to ensure our future security?
It's frustrating when market inefficiencies persist, particularly with undervalued stocks. Consider consulting an advisor for smarter investing decisions.
My financial advisor has been a game-changer, providing clarity and boosting my confidence in navigating finance. With their help, I've achieved my goals faster than I imagined. Highly recommend!
My CFA Sonia Nunes Demelo a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
It's enticing to consider purchasing some stocks in this bull run. I'm contemplating investing more than $300k for retirement. While the bull run can generate short-term excitement, i also need long-term investment strategy
It seems like there's potential, but caution is warranted. hence I will advice you get yourself a financial advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I used to depend on TH-cam videos but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Jessica Lee Horst’’ for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I found her page by searching for her entire name online. After that, I emailed her and we set up a meeting so we could talk; I'm currently waiting on her response.
Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in 2024 with the markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Just ''buy and hold'' man. In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder
Very true, you can be passively involved in the markts and still amass wealth-gains using an investment advisor. I first dabbled in stocks late 2019, just before the pandemic, and that same year gained over 150% with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was following directions of my advisor. We are working on a retirement ballpark of $3m and I’m certain my goal isn’t farfetched after subsequent investments and tremendous returns so far.
My CFA Carol Vivian Constable , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thank you so much for this recommendation. it was easy to find your coach on search. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
Regarding Tesla...PREACH! The only difference between Jeremy and I regarding Tesla is he realized the last few years were going to be slow and he held. I didn't. I sold my Tesla position down to a very small holding (where it remains today). Jeremy's take on Telsa is spot on. The upside is still huge, but the execution has slowed, Elon isn't nearly as focused, the Tesla team has weakened, and the investor base has also lost focus. Until I see something that indicates growing free cash flow in the next year, I'll remain a speculative (albeit small) investor. FSD is awesome, but I'm not convinced game-changing revenues are coming in the next year or even two.
Jeremy , respect you a lot. I'd ask you to reconsider your waymo Vs Tesla FSD view , you are wrong on this. Tesla FSD is far superior to waymo and you have your head in the sand on this point. Secondly, to say that the most hated and targeted man on the planet has gone soft from flattering news articles is ridiculous. You're flippin my flapjacks!!!!
You are absolutely correct. Where has Jeremy been for the last 5 years? Has he not been following the evolution of FSD, Tesla's autonomous driving platform, even recently?
I’ve basically had Palantir, C3. ai, Nvidia on a watchlist all of these have performed above 57% in 1 year is it still a good time to buy in or have I missed?
When stock picking, best to have a mentor who has a feel for sentiment and positioning of both institutional and individual investors. Someone like Cathie Wood has been a good example lately.
I agree. It is always good to have a balanced fin-plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. I alway feels the need to hedge against the non-negligible risk that something breaks.
Great actually. I am one of many private clients under Monica, with private investing I made over 500 grand, 200 is ready to redeploy back into the equity and money markets in the ratio as rebalanced by my Monica my planner. You are welcome.
it means a lot for a tesla bull to call out the cult mentality. thanks for keeping it real even though a lot of fanboys are going to get salty and give you hate for this! i feel like this stock suffers from a bell curve of unrealistically optimistic people and unrealistically pessimistic ones, and the community is lacking a voice of reason.
Thank you for the update, I already own shares of PALANTIR, TSLA, NVDA and APPL. I don't mind having other equities sit around for a while, but I'd also appreciate short term opportunities that could fetch huge return! I've got a $200k portfolio that I want to grow into 7 figure before staying 100% cash.
no one knows when the market is going to hit its peak, nor do we know when it is going to bottom out, but ideally, it is best to consult a well knowledgeable advisor both for short and long term investing

I’m not gonna defend Elon posting on X all day. I get it it’s a bad look but Tesla the company just solved real world full self driving. Not some geo fenced BS which is what Waymo does. No one else comes even close to a generalized AI solution for real world full self driving! That is a very big deal. Now is the worst time to be selling Tesla stock!
Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why… it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclays, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Over the years, I've been a part of numerous trading programs, sifting through a barrage of information. Yet, nothing has come close to the sheer clarity, depth, and precision of Sandy insights. It's akin to finding a diamond in a coal mine.
Her technical analysis is excellent and hid interpretation/projections of the market is so accurate I sometimes ask myself if she is human haha. Point is, Stacey is the perfect trader to follow for advise and daily signals.
What impresses me most about Stacey Macken is how well she explains basic concept of winning before actually letting you use her trade signals. This goes a long way to ensure winning trades.

Jeremy made his money riding the coattails of Elon, Zuck and Bazos. He shills investment advise on the TH-cam. I'd rather be a member of the cult of Elon than the cult of Jeremy.
China is un-investable until it dissolves its economic support of Russia. The free world is diversifying away from China. They no longer want our products and we, likewise, prefer to buy elsewhere.
Thanks for another informative video and walking through portion of the process you go through to buy stocks. One question have is looks like a lot of your buys today were margin type. Is there a reason buying on margin (remember from earlier vid saying never ever buy on margin). Thanks
I’m pretty young and just started my portfolio with around $180K. Slowly trying to create significant passive income and manage my Stock Portfolio. how do I invest to deal with markets ups & downs
Yep, and I have been saying 42, gonna be close, we'll see, could run up into year end or a sell the news story as traders sell while institutions are buying, either way I don't care, holding for a long time, LONG runway!!! CONGRATULATIONS to all PALANTIRIES!!!🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Catherine Gauthier.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn't know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.

It was stupid of me to sell $76,000 worth of NVDA stocks without reinvesting. (Buying bonds or CDs is not for me). I’d rather stay 100% cash, or are there any other stocks that can 10x in 6 months? I have 180k ready to be reinvested..
Do some video's on stocks that you see as potential sleepers that can explode in the next 5-10 years. We know about all these stocks that you have in your portfolio but I'm not hearing about any stocks that are not on anyone's radar but can be a steal right now. Its great to buy Cheesecake but my pulse ain't racing. Get us excited!
Like your show Jeremy, but couldn’t disagree more about Elon, and Tesla. He doesn’t need apologists and yes men, and I don’t think is defined now by them.
I agree. You can't achieve what Elon did with "yes men". He only respects intelligence and people who speak their minds. Yes men are boring and a waste of time to him.
As a sneaker head its hard for me to believe in Nike. Seeing their market dominance ruined by New Balance and Asics is something I would have never imagined. Releasing the same technology since the 90s just new colors. 0 innovation.
I agree. If you’re a share holder of Tesla you want Elon to be Elon. There’s only one Elon and that’s the guy you bought into. I’m not a share holder of Tesla but I understand completely.
Elon is now investing 90% in the next 4 years of future. Fighting all day against everyone to be able to grow tesla in the next 4 years only if the correct government win. If kamela win. Will be a much harder for tesla. Is aways harder if the people don't want you. And don't want you... So go Elon 2 more month fighting. You can do it

Buddy. Compare Monster to Celsius. But don’t compare them to Coke and Pepsi. Coca Cola owns 500+ companies. Coke and Pepsi own food brands. Monster and Celsius are just energy drink brands smh. Steering people in the wrong direction.
Diversification is good practice when you have a lot of money in stocks, and you want to protect/grow in a less risky way. 99% of people watching just want to grow AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, which in 2024 is AI Nvidia PLTR AMD Microsoft etc. Getting 4% per year is not growth, it maintenance. convinced that investing $50k-100k in the right company before it goes big is better than just saving for retirement. But since picking the right company is hard, saving might be safer-who would’ve guessed SPGI? I have $200k in a HYSA and want to invest. What are the best opportunities now?
I find it more productive and safe to buy growth/blue-chip stocks rather than etfs. It's advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor for well-diversified portfolios instead of relying solely on speculations.
investor in NVDA, AVGO, ANSS, and LRCX, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.

Tesla has the best selling car in the world and the best selling EV in China. The best selling pickup truck, the best FSD by far, Dojo etc etc You are the fraud here. Tell me why are you still holding 1500 Tesla shares if this is what you truly think?
Showing off the Robo-taxi on a predefined course (which is exactly what Waymo does), isn't going to do much for the Stock. Remember battery day and how it was supposed to be such a huge breakthrough? Well, it did nothing for the stock. Nor did the Cybertruck release. Elon is bringing Tesla down, he needs to get right and stop spending so much time on X and focus on Tesla.
@@Resist4 Yeh I get what you’re saying , personally I still don’t get the amount of time and effort put in to the cybertruck , Tesla could have used that effort to get the cheaper model 2 in to production in vast quantities , I think the world is waiting for that way more than the truck
@@davesheffield3620 It's because their profit margin is higher on a more expensive vehicle. But for the masses a less expensive vehicle is what we want.

Where in this country can you buy a house for the price of a Cybertruck? Yes, the Cybertruck is expensive and in my opinion it's over priced, but it's still way less expensive than a house.
For the public account, do you have a video explaining how the account functions? in other words, how much funding the account started with and how much you fund the account in what intervals?
Hard to disagree on Tesla. I've been going back and forth on it for a while. Figure I'll wait and see how this Robo-Taxi thing plays out. If it's just fluff, I'll run covered calls on it until it gets called away and move on.

Jeremy!!!! Dude, the way you talking you shoulda sold 100% of Tesla not 10%. I feel like the talk isn't matching up. You have said many times Tesla is a company you hold for "3, 5, 10 years", now you selling. I sold some when he bought twitter cause I was pissed. Then bought back in when I got over it and the freak out had passed. So I feel you, but you sound a little aggressive on the negative side.
I am sensing a quick 180 degree turn Jeremy has made on Elon and Tesla. I’m not sure why all of a sudden he flipped from being so madly in love with Tesla to the other extreme. Something doesn’t fully line up.
@@Jolly162let me get this straight. You think Jeremy of the financial freedom TH-cam channel has enough pull to rally investors to get Tesla to move in the right direction… get your head out of his crotch bro. This video gets like 5,000 views 😂

Thank you for your great insights, but I've been following Elon since his Paypal days and I'm sorry but you're under estimating Elon and im just disappointed that you're reacting emotionally based on your frustrations about the slow pace of Tesla's stocks not performing as it used to 2yrs ago..but i hope u realize that Tesla is not just about EV cars..bots (e.g. taxi bots, robots, etc) are coming up soon by end of 2025...so just keep calm, keep ur cool and stop exagerating and downplaying Tesla or Elon in general, it's disappointing coming from you whom I've had high expectations..so just chill..by the if u had waited 2days more, u could have made more like if u had sold some tesla stocks today..anyways, im still following u and i understand ur frustrations as I did too..but i advice to put more trust on Elon..he's way better than Marc Zuckerbitch by the way, in terms of Elon's constribution to mankind..they are not even on the same level..😅
@eventidesweden6868 it's no longer in his public portfolio, I would imagine he has shares in other accounts because he really believes in the honest story. But it seemed interesting that it was missing in his public portfolio
@@osogryllz1847 yeah I remember that video now. It is exactly as you say. He has hnst in other portfolios. I also sold out a while back but bought in again. Massive potential upside in this stock!
Yes, Elon will be the downfall to Tesla and its shareholder!. He needs to step back and get his head right, move Tesla forward or step down and let someone else who is hungry, to run Tesla. Because of Elon I don't brag about how amazing Tesla's are anymore. My next EV will not be a Tesla as I'm tired of Elon's lies and adolescent constant posts on social media, and his fascination with conspiracy theory politics. We don't need to know every thought in his head! I am definitely going to start selling my Tesla stock. I don't understand something, you said you are taking your Meta dividends and investing it into other companies. But in that process you have to pay the Taxes on the dividend. Had you let it automatically be reinvested in the stock that pays the dividend, you wouldn't be taxed. So where is the logic in doing what you did?
I disagree. More bigger priority is the govermant. Is very near. An dif the wrong govermant come again. Will be again 4 years pain. 4 years of fighting against institutions who try to stop you and delay you. It will be. A bigger win for tesla if he sucseed with his curent missions. In he lose will be much worse for tesla or SpaceX
Jeremy, I think you are being very condescending on Tesla investors. From all I see online Tesla investors are the most informed of any stock investors. Please don't just assume that ALL Tesla investors fit into your current narrative because that's what it sounds like and they do not. It seems to me YOU need to be better informed. To compare Waymo to what Tesla is doing is just silly. They may be the first but their cars are so expensive and only drive in very limited areas that if FSD can be perfected, and admittedly it is still an if, Waymo would soon be history. You seem to totally disregard this in your video. Elon often turns the impossible into merely late. Time will tell.

True. Having the right financial planner is invaluable. My portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 90% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, though this could take till Q3 2024.

That's impressive ! I could really use the expertise of one of these advisors. Any chance you could recommend one?
Please can you leave the info of your investment advisor here? I’m in dire need for one.

Elon is too busy with politics.
Why is he? It more priority than anythink else. If he sucseed tesla will skyrocket on a better govermant. If not we heading for 4 year more pain
Elon will run for President in 2028. Even if he loses, his ideas will change the future of politics.

$HNST is the most undervalued stock in Wall Street right now. Thanks to you Jeremy for highlighting this gem. Easily $20 within two years.
I have a 100 grand to put into the markets now it has shown bullish strength but I am very skeptical about tech and blue-chip stocks.
And how has that worked out for you so far?
Great actually. I am one of many private clients under Monica, with private investing I made over 500 grand, 200 is ready to redeploy back into the equity and money markets in the ratio as rebalanced by my Monica my planner. You are welcome.
it means a lot for a tesla bull to call out the cult mentality. thanks for keeping it real even though a lot of fanboys are going to get salty and give you hate for this! i feel like this stock suffers from a bell curve of unrealistically optimistic people and unrealistically pessimistic ones, and the community is lacking a voice of reason.
Jeremy, you’re 💯 correct regarding Elon, investors and Tesla.
True, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications.

The clarity and precision in Sandy’s market predictions are astounding. I'm so grateful to have found her reviews here on TH-cam as well.

I am surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon some of her clients testimonies on CNBC news last week.
Stacey Macken expertise is truly commendable. She has this skill of making complex crypto concepts easy to understand

I was sad about the Tesla Video but every point you made on both the pros and cons were decently solid. I still hope Tesla makes it first to robo-taxi
Waymo has had driverless taxis since 2016 in Tempe
And San FranSicko
Charlie Munger was 💯 right about Elon Musk
Referring to Elon's ego Charlie said, "Never underestimate a man who over-estimates himself". He has the power of conviction, to persevere, to win.

Jeremy are you sure about tesla bro?
Exactly! I share your sentiments and I agree with you 💯%, Thanks for articulating it well
Can’t say 30 plus any more Palantir 40 plus end of year. Let’s go
Have you seen CAKE’’s debt to equity? Way too much debt. That’s exactly why WS keeps them low.
