This one most definitely has that initial wow factor with the wall of windows . I prefer this layout over the other one, though both were nice.

I really like the corner of windows as well, thanks for watching!!

Thanks, what do you think, would you take the corner unit or the middle unit?

@@Jeff-Suburbs-of-NYC the corner unit is very nice. And more private. Your interior design team did an awesome job with the staging in every room. The Coffered and 20 ft. tray ceilings had me mesmerized. 😊

Very impressive design, what do you think spending over 1.2M to buy this townhouse while there are single families nearly the same price available around the area

Sorry to me slow response. The pricing here makes sense when you consider that this is new construction which always brings a premium. The single family homes you are seeing are most likely older homes. Would you like to set up a time to discuss further by phone? bit.ly/3jHEe73

@@Jeff-Suburbs-of-NYC no need to sorry at all 😊 thanks for you response. I am not in the market now because the rates are too high. But I would definitely be interested in reaching out to you when I start to consider buying. Your videos are very well taken and in great quality!

Not a fan of the layout when opening the front entrance you have the dining room so close to the front door and that’s the first thing you see it looks out of place. I like open concept but this looks awkward. Needed to be more defined closer to access to the kitchen which is tucked back towards the back home, so I have to walk straight through side of the living room area to reach the dining room also. It needed to be more back towards the house near the kitchen so I have to take my food through the side of the living room to the front of the home to serve. Just a pass for me.

Hi Tammy, all good points to keep in mind, did you check out the other layout, The Serendipity, it has the kitchen closer to the entrance and the front entry provides more of a sense of arrival, here's the link if you are interested in checking it out: th-cam.com/video/rKbUXIsJkYU/w-d-xo.html
