How are you supposed to drive into with garden there the garage

Hi, the have a garden in front of the model home garage. Once they are done selling the community they pull out the garden area. Let me know if you are interested in these homes as there are only a few left. Thanks, Jeff

Is this considered expensive as compared to other houses offered in Berkeley Heights? I briefly checked Zillow and I don’t see many houses in Berkeley over $1m dollar. Would value your opinion!

Hi, thanks for your question. In general they might seem expensive because at any one time there typically are not a lot of new construction homes available to purchase. Therefore while they might be at the top of the price range for the town, you are getting a brand new home built to the modern code with more insulation, better windows, and typically better quality materials. A lot of the homes in town are much older and may need work over time both aesthetically and functionally. I hope that helps.
