I love this bowler perspective of being mic'd up, you get a bit of an education regarding lane and why changing equipment. The mental aspect of the bowler in real time is so cool. #BowlFearless #PWBA ❤

I absolutely LOVED this video. This is how I bowl in my leagues. I analyze EVERY SHOT 100% and no one else I bowl with does this so it's hard for me because I have no one to bounce everything off of. Liz, THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing what goes through your head every frame. This was HUGE for me to watch!

I enjoy league bowling for the escape it gives me.. I work 40 hour weeks hard physical labor I’m not trying to turn bowling into a chore. Maybe your teammates feel the same way

@@pjmcmann3668I have a teammate who over analyzes to the point it’s a problem and affects him. I analyze, but more as educational tool

Wear and tear on her knees maybe over many years and months of bowling?

    • @keenanriepen6232

@@johnls39I know all about wear and tear , my career started when bowling was used as physical therapy when I was very young while having to learn to walk every year for the first 22 years after having 45% of muscles removed from left leg.
I was known as the highest average bowler in the Greater Detroit Bowling Assn. With a disability and held the highest series ever bowled in that Association for years.
I watch Liz and can see by just watching her slide foot what causes issues for her, consistency is the name of game. Watch her in practice here, You will see what I mean...😀

@@johnls39 John, I know all about knee injury including having 45% of my muscles removed over first 22 years of my life infact bowling was physical therapy for me just to learn how to rewalk.
I learned very early in my career, no excuses.
I have bowled on every level you can in 45 years of bowling. I just saw something in Liz's approach that may help her is all

@@keenanriepen6232 I wasn't trying to insult you but stated that it could be that as a query.
But the older you get, your knees will get weaker and compared to league bowlers to professional bowlers, are apples to oranges due to the fact that pro bowlers bowl 30 through 50 plus games a week. Us league bowlers only bowl 6 to 15 games a week excluding tournaments as the amount of participation for each bowler is different.
I also injured my knee (slide) last year and with self physical therapy, my knee is a lot better now close to 100% and I no longer need a sleeve for it. I also post at the foul line before and after injury unless I try to speed up my release which I fall off my shot at times which Liz K may have done in this video.

@@johnls39 I truly understand what You meant, but as a one time professional instructor I noticed just a small issue in Liz slide foot that would help her ease her issues on her slide leg and knee, sometimes bowling people don't look closely enough at the bowler deliver, through my long time as a instructor I learned to see what can help the bowler in many areas
