Wow it was a pleasure to bowl with the pros 2 weeks ago. Do you guys have any tips for my bowling game since I don't know what I am doing? I am standing on the right side of the lane. The ladies a pretty talented to say the least.
@brenden.1. Go to a pro shop. Tell them to fit you with a ball. 2. Let ball rest at your side with your fingers in the holes, grip ball JUST enough so that the ball will not fall off. Focus on keeping this pressur THE SAME throughout your swing, do not squeeze, especially at the bottom. 3. Stand with left big toe on the middle dot on the floor. 4. focus on the 2nd arrow from the right (if right handed) and try to roll over it. If the ball hits left of the pocket (between the 1 and 3 pins) move left two boards. If it's too far right, move right. Continue moving till the ball enters the pocket. 5. Before each shot, to calm nerves, breathe in to a count of four hold for a count of two breathe out two a count of six.This will calm your body and focus your mind. 6. Have fun.
