As a food service worker sometimes on days off I get frustrated and resentful, and videos like this remind me that seeing people walk away happier than they walked in is the reason we do this. When did you switch to the side-by-side hotdog well instead of the front and back setup you used to use? Is there a benefit to that other than not having to fish out the divider between batches?

Sometimes a 5~ min drone video I shoot can come out to like 8gb of raw data and uploading that video to TH-cam etc takes ages if you have a slow connection. Again purely my own speculation.
