I have never brine my turkey before but I love the way you stuffed and tied the turkey. Love the herb butter mixture too. This is absolutely mouthwatering. Definitely revisiting when I'm ready to roast a turkey. Yes the recipe came all the way through.

This is how I do mine with the butter but I also slip my hand under the skin and rub the butter directly on the meat. I’ve never done a brine though! Thanks for the ideas!!

My concern is the pink color.....when you carved out the thigh, inside was a light pink even though thermometer shows it is cooked. I often experience this!
