2006 CHEVY 1500 - BOGS DOWN UNDER LOAD AND MISFIRES - DIAGNOSIS

This 06 Silverado with nearIy 240,000 miles on the clock started misfiring, owner replaced throttle body, knock sensors and even upstream o2 sensor and issue still persisted, he asked me to take a look and i was able to narrow it down pretty quickly.
