i also get so annoyed when they don't pay, and eBay wont let you post negative feed back.
Business Policies are definately worth setting up. I'm not sure if you have to use PC and not the phone, if so, get on your PC/Laptop people and set them up. Changing postage costs across your whole store when Aust Post increases prices is not something you want to do item by item.

Love the channel! Could you please do a video all about your shipping methods for the different items you sell? I'm particularly curious about your dvd shipping method since you send them tracked. I've seen other people for cheaper dvds just use a generic padded mailer and aus post stamps untracked. This was the route I was going to take when I start selling. People say with this method it's very rarely caused them any issues. The only tracked method I know that doesn't cost as much as the standard aus post parcel ($10.60) is the aus post prepaid tracked envelope. $6.48 if I buy 10 packs off ebay but the downside is that it's thin paper. The untracked padded mailer with stamps offers much better protection, no tracking is the only downside.
Anyway curious about your thoughts on this, thanks for what you do!

i also was wondering , if i have few books from same author, do u think its better to list them as a group or separates? love to get your advice on that,

Good video, Tory. Are the Dr.Seuss books in the background your collection or are they for sale? I know you said they might go up in value, but I have seen a lot of listings on ebay for cheaper price. :)
For the most part, they are for sale. One of each is my own personal copy once I find one in better condition I sell the older one.
I must admit, though I’d buy them whenever I see them and don’t be fooled by the list of prices. They are all going to go up.
@@geelong-flipperI ask you this respectfully - what makes you think this will go up? I am just looking from a demand and supply point of view. There are tonnes of them everywhere and I guess it will take ages for the value to go up. Pardon my ignorance if I am missing something here. Thank you. Cheers - Naren :)
@@narenderelapavaloresubrama5553 the Christians are perfectly OK. I don’t know if you’ve watched all of my videos but basically I do work on if I spent $.50 then $10 is good money. However, some of those hardcover books I have comfortably sold them for $30-$40 and if you watch another one of my videos, I tell you about some of the books that have now stopped publication. Sure there’s a lot of them out there but they’re getting damaged by parents buying them for children which means the collectors market is still open.
The self promotion is getting a bit tiresome.
Maybe do a what did video with your books going out in a bundle or separately.

It’s why I got into reselling how I totally understand it from a viewer standpoint, it would be like can you just shut up about those books.
