I never knew how people cut such thin shredded green onion at home, so I am excited to practice this next time I make Korean food :) Maybe I will even try the extra thin fine dining style! Thank you for the tutorial, and I would love to see him do more cooking or knife skills tutorials! Or even just more of his thought process when he cooks!
