    I'm going to give these meals a try. I already incorporated so many of your meal ideas in my arsenal and they are great. I believe I'm not eating enough though. I'm currently at about 1200 to 1500 calories and I've lost 35 pound doing so but I believe its time to up it a little bit.

    • @jclarkefitness
      @jclarkefitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      You’ll get most of the benefits of protein from a muscle growth perspective by hitting your daily protein target (even if a chunk of this protein comes from one meal). So if this meal helps you remain consistent with your diet, I wouldn’t be in a rush to change anything!

    Great job. On the energy level instead of carbs, you could have also swapped out some of the calories for more nutrient dense proteins( beef liver, rudiment meat from beef lamb, goat or elk) and a more full fatty acids from fish or seafood and egg yolks. I had muscle atrophy from hospitalization and was told it would take me years to rebuild my muscle loss . I did full carnivore and gained 20 # of muscle rapidly. My therapists were shocked from my Dexa scan. I wasn't even lifting weights, just body exercises. Now I implement eating windows with a focus on quality protein and quality fat with some carbs doing my cut to help maintain my muscle while focusing on the fat loss... We are all different and really it is easy to test is out when doing a cut because more in-tune with the body at that point.
