Interesting and Underwhelming? LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary SITH INFILTRATOR (75383)

Today I'm covering the newly announced LEGO Star Wars set of 75383 Sith Infiltrator which releases this May as part of the 25th Anniversary waves.
The design is still here in the silhouette and the probe droids are nice to see, wouldn't be surprising to see them removed for cost cutting solutions so its nice to see this is still in tune with the identity of all the previous releases. Mauls little scooter as well is also nice to see, this I do remember having in the set from the release of Phantom Menace so that's a fun throw back.
It is still a very rigid build compared to the sleekness of the source material though. I think its really close to being the best translation but I also just think the design of the ship as a whole is too difficult to make into LEGO and be the most accurate. So I won’t fault it too much for that.
I’m just not really feeling it I think with these anniversary sets. I like them for what they are, but the prices are really high up there. Sale prices are to die for on LEGO Star Wars these days and the exclusive figure that's being dangled in front of is just a little too inaccurate to grab on release day? We’ll see, might be won over with the whole May the 4th celebrations or something.

It’s always interesting when LEGO miss the mark on figures based on characters who have been around for a while now. Like how he ended up looking so off like this is really fascinating to me.
