I think your videos are DELIGHTFUL !!! You remind me a lot of ME. I have ALWAYS LOVED cooking !!! I learned all that I know from my MOTHER. I MISS her so much as I lost her five years ago. I'll NEVER be the same. I have what she taught me in my HEART. Keep up with the GREAT videos.

+Jack Twist Well that just made my day! One of the reasons I decided to do them was
to share my awesome and blessed memories and stories of my childhood
with all of you in hopes or reminding others of some of those great
moments and helping others to set their own new traditions. Glad you
enjoyed them. Big Italian Love coming your way, Joe.

Ciao! The sauce is spelled aioli and means oil and egg. So today it is usually made with mayonnaise and garlic and some other herbs or flavors. Thank you for watching. Please subscribe and share our videos on your Facebook page and email with friends. Ciao, Joe.

If it were me I would cook the garlic and put the slices on the burger .

Usually my burgers shrink unless I put a indentation in the middle. Surprised your burgers did not to that. Wondering WHY?????????

+GVanet Most meat now is not aged or dried so the meat shrinks as lots of water comes out. Let meet drain a bit in the fridge and then, take the meat out and put it on a drink rack of some sort for an hour or two before you cook it. This was most of the water comes out and you are left with meat that is tender and much more flavor. Thank you, and thank you for watching. Love to make others have fun and enjoy time in the kitchen with family. Joe
