You mentioned being a messy cook when it comes to flour, lol .... I can totally relate! When I was growing up my Dad would come into the kitchen and say, "well, it looks like you got REALLY involved with the flour" lol Wonderful memories!!!

Hi Joe! love this :-) !. Just a quick question. Would I be able to make it all in the same day by skipping the refrigerated part overnight...?, by letting it rise, punch it down, knead it again, and let it rise a second time and cook? :-)

Tried making this and the measurements must be off. Ended up more like cookie dough. Kept adding water but it won't rise because it's too dense. Waste of ingredients! Ugh!
What did I do wrong? I followed the instructions exactly. It tasted like an unsalted saltine cracker. Didn’t rise with holes in it.
Something went wrong with the yeast either you didn’t have enough, it died because of too much salt, you got a bad batch of yeast, something. Anytime bread does not rise, it’s always a problem with the yeast. Either something was wrong with it or something happened to it.
Never seen someone eat so much raw dough before 😅

U wasted all this time eating raw dough which is so harmful uncooked and all this time not showing the end of product where is the focaccia??
