I didn’t know a thing about powder coating when I started this video, but every question I had while watching was eventually answered by the end of it. Great video! Very informative and straight to the point.
Excellent Video. Really Helpful for me. Thank You so much for explaining it in details and giving all the answer of questions that might comes from anyone’s mind!
I kept seeing that video of workers dumping metal into a bunch of green looking material. I thought it was a liquid at first but you cleared everything up for me
I’m confused. If powder coating an existing bathtub, how could that be “cured,” since a curing oven is needed? I am researching bathtub refinishing, and powder coating was mentioned as an option. Will it be a good choice for the refinishing process? And how is a bathtub cured?
Hello, I am a manufacturer of equipment and the service life of the electrostatic spray gun are very good. If necessary, please contact my email address. Welcome to visit our factory in China.
I don’t do it professionally, but I’ve been doing it for years in my shops. The only thing I regret is that I don’t have enough room for a big enough oven and paint booth to coat everything I build. But it’s a great way to protect parts and to enhance their beauty. As someone who can’t buy 50 pound containers of powder, I can’t try processes such as UV cures which I really wish I could do. I can coat glass very successfully though.
Well, First you drop your powder Then it melts till 200 degrees And finally it starts to turn into elastic and plastic coating So. What if i coated until 160 Some problem went wrongly with the oven and it turned off Now, after 3 days i want to repaint them again Should i scratch the paint and start again? What if i just turn on the oven again ? They wont melt? Will the paint just get more hard and more plastic?
Can you please write the actual words about the Three Types of Powder Applications. In the translation, they wrote "Fluidized Bad Coating", "Electrostatic Fluidized Bad Coating" and "Electrostatic Spray Deposition". Are these correct glossary ? If not, please write back in your comments. Thanks 🙂
I guarantee you if you wipe your ass and get fecal matter on the tip of your finger, you wash it off right? Your finger is now safe. If you get the powder on your finger, you wash it off with spray air gun or soap and water? Mask and goggles yes, gloves no.
@@gregorywilliams3533 I'm certain all professional powder coaters are aware that powder coating isn't good for your skin, therefore you should wear gloves at all times.
I see a few comments suggesting that you use captions. I agree completely because your English pronunciation is extremely difficult to understand, and you speak too quickly. If you're not going to add captions to your videos, then you must slow down your speech by 50%. I will look elsewhere for an explanation of powder coating.
