After waking up way to early and making the 2km walk to the buy our tickets for the Taj Mahal, it was nothing less than an emotional morning. Having wanted to see the Taj Mahal our entire lives, we couldn't be happier to have made the journey. However, we realized after showing up to the Taj Mahal that the research we did online was alright but didn't show the true experience. They didn't show fighting the crowds, people pestering you before and after you enter, and especially that some of the employees look like the guides pestering you. Now I just need to wait for the pandemic to pass and build a good itinerary to visit India. It's very different from my culture and the way you've been candid and informative about your experiences there made me very curious and eager to experience it for myself. It has always been one of those "oh someday maybe" destinations for me but now I feel like it's a must.
Now I only have to worry about how much I can cram into an extremely limited 20-day e-visa. 😂

Omg!! You look amazing in saree. Didn't expected this from foreigner to wear saree in this perfect manner.next time do visit northern part or i should say himalayas. .it's beautiful. You are gonna love india. I am sure your visit to india was a lifetime experience. Loved or not? One more advise its ok that was taj but don't be tourist be traveller in india. Explore the streets and transport by self not by some trip organizer. Talk to locals.eat with them what they eat.live with them. 95% people will be ready to help you whenever you need help. Tourists go to only famous places but no one other than locans can take you to hidden gems. Tell me how was your experience?

Biggest ever love monument or symbol of monument is "Ram setu" which a man made bridge made in the sea to to reach sri lanka from india 5000 yrars ago ...lord ram plagued to marry to only once and loved only one women and his army made the bridge to rescue his kidnapped beloved wife ....while taj mahal is made for 14th wife who died giving birth to 12th child of the king who made it ....so you can judge which is better love story

Bro this is not originally a taj mahal.the name was tejomahalaya...congress govt had locked so many rooms in tajmahal just because they don't want to disclose this fact.even some of the doors are now blocked with brick work.u can clearly see the lotus flower carved on walls which is a symbol of hindu culture.there is 2 towers/meenars which could not be. Masjid because there is no concept of two majsid facing each other in islam.in Islam the face of a masjid could be only in direction of makka.but here there are two buildings facing each other to whom they call masjid.one can clearly see the bhaang/datura plant carved on different walls which is again a symbol of lord Shiva in hindu/sanatan culture.it was originally a Shiv temple.also there is no written document from Mughals of building taj mahal..but it is mentioned in one of the hindu kings book that there is a big amzing whitish lord shiva temple which sahjahan forcefully took away...so please get your facts right
until 1857 taj mahal used to be studded with diamonds and precious stones looked even prettier before those were looted . top spire of taj mahal used to be all gold, it got looted and replaced with a brass one . indian style fruit and flower gardens were cut and british lawns were grown .
