Well pushkar is called tirtharaj(king of holy places) and aaditirtha( first holy place) in the world because it is where first Yagya was done by god Brahma after creation of universe.
@@ChaseforAdventure Well, Pushkar is also one of the sacred places of India as It has one of the few temple of Hindu God- 'Jagatpita Brahma' who is termed as the Creator of the World. Roopam has no knowledge regarding this, I guess

The reason behind the only temple of lord brahma is Brahma was attached to the created things(temporary) by ignoring the soul(permanent). He became materialistic than spiritual. The resultant, Lord Shiva cursed Brahma not to be worshipped.
