This is just too good. Most people overlook Hugo, but he's low-key one of the creepier Batman villains. He truly is this obsessed and it haunts him. Batman is the one mind he desperately wants to dive into and he can't unless its through his creepy experiments via his relations in the asylum. Having Harleen be a bit of a bleeding heart who legitimately connects with the Joker...'s facade and tries rather hands on therapy and helps contain casualties while she tries to find the crack to get inside would be an intresting take. We've seen "madly in love" Harley, "I was already completely crazy" Harley, the "tortured to maddness" Harley... I kinda want to see Harley be an act that Harleen is putting on to try to get close enough to the Joker to see what is actually going on inside his head. A relationship of two manipulators trying to push the other into a new way of thinking.

I also appreciate the detail of how he is studying him. But I would like the ending to be Hugo finally finding out batman was Bruce because he was one of the only people that was bad.
This is Amazing! I love how creepy the atmosphere is, from the dark room to Strange's reflective glasses hiding his eyes! I also like the Joker's hair, though his mouth makes me uncomfortable. If he can't press his lips together, he can't say the B or M in "Batman"

Joker works on cartoon logic, so his speech is suprisingly clear, but he is constantly drooling, esp when he eats candies that paint his saliva pink
