    Ở Đà Nẵng không nấu bằng nước dừa tươi, tôi thì h cho sứa biển có trong chợ tàu , ăn nó dòn dòn như sứa chưng ở Dà Nẵng vậy đó. Nhìn nồi nước dùng thấy cũng ngon .

    Thank you. Of all the recipes of mi quang, yours looks the best! Please let me know the difference of dry vs fresh noodles! Thanks

      I would recommend using the dry yellow noodles for Mì Quảng. The texture is more chewy and bouncy. The fresh noodles are softer which are better for stir fried dishes.

      Thank you so much. Would it be the same to buy white dry noodles and cook it with turmeric powder? I’m trying to avoid artificial colorings

    Hi ChefQ. How long to cook the ribs?

    • @ChefQsTravelRecipe
      @ChefQsTravelRecipe  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi 👋 ☺️ After the pot boils… simmer on low with the dried shrimp for another 20-25min. Season to taste. I don’t like my ribs to be too soft, because if there’s left over for the next day… the ribs will just melt to the broth lol ribs should be fully cooked after it boils back up and simmer for 20 min though :) happy cooking! 👨‍🍳

      Simmer longer according to your ribs softness preference. The longer you simmer though… the saltier the broth gets once the broth reduces down.

    I could never eat mi Quang for some reason.

    • @ChefQsTravelRecipe
      @ChefQsTravelRecipe  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Couple of reason maybe 🤔
      1. You probably don’t like the crunch texture of peanuts and noodle blend. Might throw you off.
      2. You just haven’t had the right mi Quang :)
      I’ve had it at a few restaurants here in the US, but only 1/10 makes it good. :(

      @@ChefQsTravelRecipe I’ve had it in Westminster, CA. Vietnamese foods there are arguably the best in the nation.
