What is amazing and that barely anyone mentionned is how patchy his beard actually is when it’s very short. the lesson here is, to grow a beautiful beard, patience is KEY 🤘🏼 look how all the holes have filled up by the end of the first month and a half
The holes didn’t fill in. Adjacent hairs growing covered the sparse/thin areas. This certainly doesn’t mean everyone can grow a beard. But it doesn’t hurt to try and see your progress

What I love about this video is that it shows that patchy areas can and for most people will fill in with time and patience. As seen here with Greg the first few weeks he has noticeable light areas and over the course of 90 days it fills in nicely and he sports an epic beard!
Nutrition is Key: 1. Take 25mg of Zinc every day - this inhibits aromatase (Testosterone conversion to Estrogen) 2. Eat enough meat/ protein every day; about 1-1.2g/lb of bodyweight. 3. Don't eat a lot of sugar - especially simple sugars. Sugar slows collagen synthesis and thus hair growth as well. Sugar (in excess) also causes inflammation, thus again hindering your ability to grow hair. 4. Hair growth requires collagen. Eat bone broth 3-4/ week. Eat about 1 medium bowl of collagen from bone broth per day. Sleep as early as possible and eat a clean diet that isn't filled with junk food. All these points should accelerate your hair growth (to some degree) and give you a better quality of hair as well.

I think your beard also looks like it grows so fast because it's fairly straight. My beard gets decently curly as it grows, so it takes longer for my chin to develop length.

I'm in my early 30s and its my first time growing a beard. I wish I thought of doing daily pics, I've just been doing weekly. My beard is definitely growing slower than average but I'm enjoying the journey all the same. For some reason clean men with beards really disarm people and make you more approachable. It really is all about genetics! Hitting my 90 day mark and could only wish for my beard to look like that. Did pull out a hair and measure it - it was right around 1 1/2 inches. I have also been taking selfies about once a week, just to be able to go back and see my progress. Love all these videos.

Taking a close up photo, once a week, will continue for 3 months then have it styled and trimmed. Don't do it! Mine was around 4" long in mid January and well styled. Trimmed it very close - instant regret!

The plethora of different hairstyles from day to day is amazing.
I think your beard also looks like it grows so fast because it's fairly straight. My beard gets decently curly as it grows, so it takes longer for my chin to develop length.
Use a comb or a brush regularly, and try to shave the neckline every few days or at least when there's enough stubble that you don't cut your face.
The straight haired beard will always look longer faster....but the curly beard will usually always look thicker.
