Wow this brings me back. Back in the day I would record the music from the TV on tape and later transfer it from tape to the PC, to convert it to MP3 and copy it to my 32MB MP3 Player. People were laughing at me for listening to video game music, and it was kind of a relief to discover years later that there are other people on TH-cam that cherish this music as well. Thanks for this mix!
Same here bud, for me it was a minidisc player i used to sit there cabled up recording all the tunes from Goemon 64 Forsaken 64 goldeneye to this little high tech device that was about to get made completely useless by computers. I thought i was so cool.
Those old 8bit/16bit guitar sounds.... in our minds as kids that felt like Steve Vai on a rooftop levels of epic... now it's like haha... the adult mind, man. Kills the magic if we let it. I'm happy I can at least remember what it was like and live in that.
Thank you for this compilation. Takes me back. I know a lot of work went into editing this. Your time was appreciated. I also know how hard it is to get subs, so I subbed.
@Cheech-lk2yp I don't think it's easy to replace. It would maybe be easier to cut out. If I get time on PC I'll check it out. I have a more upbeat one in a relaxing NES one too that could be removed as well.

Two songs in, multiple ads right after both, takes you completely out of the experience. I have premium but when I try to listen at work, I can’t because every 2-5 minutes there’s an ad.
I just double checked and I have no say in where ads show up. I'm not a monetized channel. So it's something that YT is placing themselves. I've only seen an add at the beginning when not on my main account listening. Wish I could fix it. :/
My favorite relaxation music. Thank you for making this.

Agreed, this track shouldn't be included in a relaxing mix. It's woke me up a few times.
Great compilation otherwise, though.
I find it relaxing (probably because of nostalgia), but I could also see it's not a good sleep song. Thanks for watching.
The perfect ending track to 4 hours of epicness!

@@BeefyBites Although a replacement of the file without the CT track at 2:09:57 would be great. Jarring.
