    Thanks! I have a knee issue which affects most leg training (including squating)... will look into that voodoo tape which you shared in another video.

    Try again and involve intense static stretching, breathing technics and full range movement.
    Horse Stance will bring you to next lvl con
    I bring a lot of variation in my isometrics incl weight.
    Chill runs every morning before Sun and pullups dips for some Aktzente. Liegestütze 70 easy take a breath go to 100 + . i feel awesome and the HorseStance is indeed a thing i can do to still impfoof. No offense , have a nice day

      That’s fair.
      I don’t deny the utility of the horse stance in certain circumstances.
      To determine if it’s useful for you, you need to understand your stretch goal. Then, establish a metric to measure your progress toward that goal.
      After that, practice the movement and see if it helps you reach the next level.
      If it doesn’t, repeat the process with a different movement, and so on.
