That’s fair. I don’t deny the utility of the horse stance in certain circumstances. To determine if it’s useful for you, you need to understand your stretch goal. Then, establish a metric to measure your progress toward that goal. After that, practice the movement and see if it helps you reach the next level. If it doesn’t, repeat the process with a different movement, and so on.
