it works(as long as it is blinking) but you are bypassing the resisters that way.. if your didoes stay light they will burn out. You need to start the resisters in a new track.

The proper pattern for a traffic light is green to yellow to red and then straight back to green. They don’t go from red to yellow on the way to green. Would be interesting to see the code for that pattern!

Question for you I am using a traffic light set up but also wanting to add timer for caution lights come on at a certain time.
Let's say traffic light works normal 5am. - 12am. And the lights go on cause at 12:05 until 5am. 5:05 back to working order.......an can I accomplish this ?

I heard traffic light been underground having someone keep changing directly below it, if a real one is this, when is it being built? To feel natural life exist? Means it will be many places and need alot of workers?
