Would like a similar review of the safety of web based wallets or linking web based wallets that are not linked to ledger or trezor. Also would like information on blind signing of transactions. You presentations are the best on youtube. Clear and concise.
How to check if your wallet was exposed or something was signed and do not remember that, that is the missing part of the video. Thanks for the content daddy. good videos
I think I need just a little bit of reassurance. You seem to use seed phrase and back up phrase interchangeably. I would just like to confirm they are one and the same. Time mark is roughly 8:25 to 8:30 both terms are used. Great video, thank you, Rex!
@@alinaharing3318 yes some people are a little more nitpicky about the terminology, but I did use the phrases interchangeably. I’m referring to the 12 or 24 back up.
thanks crypto dad for another easy to understand tutorial and for using plain English that outsiders to the world of investments can understand god bless you
you said post in comments if any questions: Do you have a video that details how to be the most private when purchasing BTC? like going around KYC etc..etc.? thank you!

2:30 .... so, i can buy a used trezor on ebay? That's logical, because I can install/ reinstall the original software. That's what my logic has been saying all along, but no one has said it as clearly as you have. thank you thank you thank you
Yes, but with a qualifier. Stick with the Trezor safe 3 or 5. They have secure element chips and integrity checks. The Trezor one and Trezor T are older open architecture.
Dear CryptoDad, Please be a total Godsend and respond to me stating you do one-on-one sessions... I am 69, new to crypto, not very savvy wuth computers and am having difficulty getting my new Nano X hooke-up with crypto transfers. I follow your videos over and over, pausing often to no avail. If you don't do one-on-one can you recommend someone and provide the contact info... I live in San Diego. Thank you for your great videos!
My ledger can’t send out any of my crypto. My son tried to send out crypto, and he received a blank screen. How do I fix this? Also, when I attempted to login to my Ledger Live, I received a “403 Error - Request Blocked.” Does this mean my Ledger has been hacked? Worried.😢
This is a connection issue. Your crypto is not affected by this. It just means that you can't connect to the Ledger Live servers. Check you internet connection. Re-launch Ledger Live. Maybe try a computer reboot of modem re-set. You also might want to turn off your VPN if you are using one
WTH do you do with all these nfts and deposits that have been sent to your accounts that was never asked for ..it’s ridiculous!!! You end up with so much garbage on your account???
This is basically junk mail. Your Ethereum address is public on the blockchain. So there is no way to prevent this. This is not a risk to your crypto. Just ignore them. Do not interact with them or go to any web address they are providing to "claim" any rewards. That is a scam. You can hide them in Ledger Live. Just right click on the token and choose hide. They can't be deleted, but at least you won't see them anymore.

I won a Ledger hardware wallet on a give-a-way. I guess it's okay to use it. Good to know.
Your level of trust is up to you to make. Otherwise buy one from the manufacturer and use a different mailing address than your home address. Choose.
😘💕Thanks!!
You're welcome 😊
HELP, DAD!!!
Held theta for 6 rs, ready kinda to sell.

What are the three hardwallets you like the most and why?
Do your own research. Otherwise do not get involved in btc or crypto.

Which Ledger is it? If Nano S it could be a bad screen.

@@TripleB101 I don't know what wallet you are referring to so yeah. Check your manufacturer site. All the best
