Dont know if you figured this out yet but you can change it to English units i.e Fahrenheit.
Go under View and hover over units

Im building a stroker LS and will be buying the 6014 box. One thing you left out was how to you save a tune or make it active. Not sure how to say what I want to do. But after you plot a graph how do you make the motor run on that custom tune?

tim m sorry I'm out of town for a week I will be back on the 12th and will be able to assist you I have to go back into the software to give you the precise instructions but it is very easy...I'm sorry for the delay....

Im having a backfire thru carb i cant get the carb adjusted properly. I keep hearing that my msd need tuning also, by any chance do you have stock 5.3 carb time tables so it can run decent

How do you transfer the custom tune on the computer to the MSD6014 box

You go to connect drop down to transfer and then hit send.It's completely different from the 6010 box it does it instantaneously. there's no bar graph that shows it's loading if you want to check to make sure that your custom map you've uploaded is there log completely out log back in go to connect drop down to transfer and then hit receive when you hit receive that custom map should pop up on your screen...

Okay so you're going to go to the connect tab it'll drop down click on connect. MSD View window going to pop up make sure it says 6014 LS ignition file if it does exit out of it that means you're connected to the Box also the file bar at the bottom of the screen will be lit up green.if it's yellow that means you're not connected to the Box if you're not connected to the Box you cannot transfer any new custom files repeat the process under MSD view pop-up window make sure where it says view the boxes check next to 6014 if it is unchecked check it and then hit refresh at the bottom of the window that should connect you to the Box.. the file bar at the bottom of the screen needs to be lit up green and say on line

Dave A how do u set it up I watch almost all the videos. If it’s in one of the can u tell me which one. Your the only person on TH-cam who actually teaches people about this box.

You could also go to MSDS website and type in 6014 box and then download the instruction manual straight off their website in PDF
