    What a brilliant young lady, love your hair. Ubud sounds bad for my wife though as she has COPD, the humidity and mountains would be too hard for her. Great information.

    What a lovely, kind, and clear energy you have, your heart shines through

    • @user-dy2qq5wh4b
      @user-dy2qq5wh4b 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kim Harvey if your empathic you can feel energy through into photos, and videos easily. I think you know what I'm referring to....someones "vibe"

    • @user-dy2qq5wh4b
      @user-dy2qq5wh4b 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kim Harvey wow talk about projection of ones own unresolved issues. and this was like years ago. i think you have some things to look at with yourself today. If you don't have anything nice to say, the don't say it at all...because your actually saying it about yourself;f...after all your the one writing it.

    • @user-dy2qq5wh4b
      @user-dy2qq5wh4b 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kim Harvey you are the most bizarre, odd, and most lame weirdo Ive ever encountered on YT comments section. Your going after someone you dont even know, for a kind comment made 2 years ago, completely unprovoked.
      That says ALOT about you.
      So go get a life, and stop going after random people for no reason at all, years later on a YT comment section.
      GET A LIFE KIM, YOUR A LOSER! BIGTIME.
      lol
      And Im probably younger than you duh.
      Goodbye loser!

    • @user-dy2qq5wh4b
      @user-dy2qq5wh4b 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kim Harvey and if you respond again...that proves you are a huge LOSER, from some lame place with no life except rude YT comments.

    • @user-dy2qq5wh4b
      @user-dy2qq5wh4b 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kim Harvey ITS CONFIRMED THAT DIPSHIT KIM HARVEY IS A TOTAL LOSER. CONGRATULATIONS!! YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN READ COMMENTS FROM 2 YEARS AGO. LOOOOOOSERRRRR!!!!! BUUHHAHAHAHAAHHHA!!!

    You've really inspired me to come and experience Bali, I do feel this inner drive to heal and grow more! I'm in Hilo right now but Bali is for sure next. Is there a specific month you'd recommend that's best for weather and low pricing?

      The peak tourist season is July - August and dry season is April - October. Check out also Bali events calendar, during 'Hari Nyepi' (Day of Silence and Seclusion) nobody is allowed to go outside and use electricity.

    The people who say "yawn", my dear, are just jealous!... You are absolutely stunning & charming & lovely, & seem to exude a natural aura of peace & inner enlightenment that comes from, not only your pure-living... but probably from spiritual attainment from past lives! You remind me of my beautiful daughter, who shaved her head completely when she was 19 or 20 & was dancing ballet in New York. I think all the emphasis on competition & outer beauty & perfection in the ballet world drove her a little nutty & so she became a renunciate... of her hair anyway. That was more about 20 years ago & she teaches Yoga now & lives in the mountains & swore off L.A. Topanga is like a refuge from L.A. & there is a little Vegan restaurant called The Inn of The 7th Ray that I worked in my early 20's when I was experimenting with Communes & New Age religions. My daughter worked there 30 years later! When & if I get back to Bali I am so grateful for all the great food places you have mentioned. Food can kill ... or it can heal! So... Thank YOU!!!

    Your first recommendation about getting a Balinese SIM on arrival-is that a good idea? Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that preclude me from texting and calling internationally, in other words back home? Or at least to the US, or at least in the US to Verizon customers?

    • @mojomecca
      @mojomecca  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi! so with a balinese sim you buy GB and also text/calling credit. its very cheap. its purpose is for you to be able to use the phone while you are out and about and not be reliant on being in a wifi destination. much cheaper than getting overseas data roaming I believe! not sure about US as I'm australian... of course you can use WhatsApp / Skype etc to call/text!

    Is it safe to eat salad in Bali?

    • @mojomecca
      @mojomecca  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      definitely make sure the place has good reviews - usually if its a more chill local place they won't wash their greens in good water - cooked food is definitely safer. :)

    would u say living in Bali is cost equivalent to living in Chiang Mai?

    • @markholland5767
      @markholland5767 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've done both, very similar prices, I believe the food is a bit cheaper in bali.
      But ubud is so much LESS polluted .
      I like both peoples as well, but once again, I find the balinisian people to be a bit more relaxed. Though I really like the people of chang mai.
      I hope my friends in chang mai don't see this lol.
      Enjoy your time
