Sonatina in C major - Allegro

- I recently listened to some of Kuhlau's sonatinas and it inspired me to try to compose in that style again. I am happy with how it turned out especially as I can compare this composition to one of my first ones and I can mesure the progress I made.
Also, as this was composed directly on the piano without the use of musescore, I decided to make my own recording of the piece and change the way the video is usually edited as I only have the paper version of the music sheet for that piece
Listening to it before posting, I realized I did only respect the indicated dynamics loosely but it's too late to edit it all over again.
You can find the pdf of the score here: drive.google.c...
Right on! Sounds like Mozart.
The hand-drawn composition makes it so charming
FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Composing on paper is underrated. The only reason I do it digitally is because I am too lazy to draw everything out lol
This sonatina is actually very good
Thank you ! I was reluctant to write scores by hand for a long time, but now that I've started, I realize that the music I write this way is more fluid, even if sometimes simpler. It also forces me to play my compositions rather than using musescore's digital instruments and I find the result much better.
@@hocbar823 I totally agree. It’s just that I don’t have the required instruments, (I only play violin), so I rely on the Musescore sounds which aren’t the best. That, and I am too lazy to draw the notes.
This video was suggested to me and I'm really suprised that you only have so few subscribers! I really like your sonatina.
Thanks for the kind words !
Nice, if you had a printable version of this I would play it!
Hi ! Sorry for the late reply, I have uploaded a printable version and updated the description of the video with a gdrive link so you can download it :)
@@hocbar823 Wow that's awesome thank you!

Wow, that's really great, bro! Ur gonna be a new Mozart, I think. It's a great composition which is a brilliant example of marvelous classical (I consider classical era) piece! Go on composing, pls, u'll be famous soon, I promise.
Excellent work!
