Hi - I am making my own gel and I leave it on - If the gel is to sticky, I usually use my own Radiance Boosting oil to remove it- so that way there is still bit of the gel left - which contains hyaluronic acid which is good for your skin. I don't use any other products after. Hope this helps! Marina
