    NC doesn’t get much snow but it’s COLD in the winter. they are short winters but it’s so humid here that the hot feels hotter and the cold feels colder. 45 in NC honestly can feel colder than 45 in CO or a dry state.

      Yes we are super lucky here. The cold isn’t too bad. And it’s sunny so it makes up for it a little!

    Gonna blow your mind...I watch your videos to!!! Great info, I thought CO...has county taxes that are tacked on to the state sales taxes as well?... and the total depending on the county can be as high as 9%?

    moving from NC to CO. renting is the only thing i can afford right now, can you help w renting or do you know the best place to look?
